Hotel Pineta Wellness & Spa

The rooms were big and quite spacious, so that was very pleasant. There was a pool.

The location was far more isloated that I perhaps anticipated, and when considering getting a taxi to get me to the nearest train station, reception was not very helpful. Had it not been the taxi driver who had given me his details after dropping me off, I genuinely think I would've struggled to find my way back to 'civilization'. Breakfast was also super limited in terms of options.

The swimming pool and garden were kinda nice. Water temperature was perfect. Good cleaning and most staff was nice. View from the room was nice. Free parking available.

Location was not very good. Felt like the middle of nowhere. Breakfast was not much. Not much choice and after 9.00 lots of things empty. Beds were not comfortabele en room was small. Wellness very expensive.

Overall it has a good location, and good potential, it needs better quality of staff. Pool was fine.

The staff is n the restaurant were either not there and when they were they looked like they didn’t want to be there. Never a smile. Buffet breakfast was ok, nothing special. On a Sunday we decided to have dinner at the hotel and was told that they are closed on a Sunday! You are in the service industry, you are there to serve the need of your clients. Not to mention that when one day we decided to have lunch by the pool, after a lot of back and forward we were told that there was no bread to make tramezzini…or anything else for that matter! 3 star facility as far as I am concerned unless management pulls their acts together.

Very comfy modern hotel near very pleasant old town. Particularly friendly staff.

The location is good, I could walk everywhere.The size of the room was great.The staff is a highlight, extremely helpful and friendly.The outdoor area of the room was a lovely surprise and the outdoor area of the hotel was pretty with a lovely see view.

The structure itself is a little tired and would need some updating;l, for example the tiles in the shower had lots of build up.The spa is not very nice, it is underground, with colored lights which makes it dark and overall not a great place to relax in. It looks more like an 80s club. The two showers are also old, not sure they are working as they are supposed to (lots of calcar).The WiFi was terrible. Reception in my room was bad and I had to constantly reconnect to the WiFi.

Everything was a bit outdated. Many years ago it may be a very good hotel but today it is a bit over worn.

Comfortable bed and large bathroom. Very helpful front desk staff.

It would be great to have towels by the pool so you don't have to use the one from the room.

Large comfortable rooms (huge bathroom) in a modern hotel with good pool ambience and nice hilltop views. Well run, helpful staff and low risk option. What you see is what you get. But you will probably be able to find more character and better value if that what you are looking for.

Hotel would profit from a little upkeep…it is a great facility, but it requires some refreshing (carpets, bathrooms).

Room was comfort and clean! Staff were very kind and our staying was very good! We will back in future!
