Soglow Business Class Hotel

Super helpful receptionist, delicious breakfast, comfy beds and linens, all very modern and clean

our bedroom has high humidity, and a permanent dehumidifier might help

Breakfast was just okay. Nothing very bad but nothing special. We came for breakfast at about 8 am, and they were already out of omelets, and the feeling was that this is it—you won't get any more. Eat what is left. Another strange feeling was that they are out of dishes. No plates for sandwiches or other food. One plate on the table, and you must manage with one or take from another table.

This is a business class hotel with a kitchen, but the kitchen had only two glasses—two different-sized glasses. Why invest so much in kitchen appliances when there is no spoon or even a simple wine opener? I am not even talking about a wine glass :) Luckily, I got glasses and an opener from reception, but this is a business class hotel. Come on!!!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very big and very comfortable.

Nothing of any significance

Clean, spacious room with king bed and a single bed converted from a couch- the beds were comfortable. All the greenery outside the hotel rooms was lovely. The staff was lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was good also and the staff was always ready to help.

You need a car or it’s slightly outside of town so you need to walk a distance but not more than 10 minutes to town

It had parking. The room was awesome! It had a good sized kitchen with a mini bar. There were enough pillows and linens, the bathroom had a big shower and a towel warmer. The front desk attendants were very helpful! It was a great place to stay!

We used this as our home base as we explored Southern Italy. Our apartment was perfect for the two of us! The bed and the sofa were so comfortable. The girls at the front desk were so caring and helpful. We hated to leave! Best hotel on our trip!

Nothing much - if being picky, could have complimentary water or coffee rather than having a charge and not enough shampoo products for our stay of 3 people

The hotel is located about 30min drive from Bari Old Town. The area hotel is in is a 10-15 min walk to the main strip of the area. Definitely a good vibe, lots of restaurants. Not full of tourists.

There was nothing not to like.

Soglow was near a good eating place., Boulangerie sant'achille.

Virtually nothing in the elaborate kitchen. No equipment, cutlery or plates. No tea towels. No sink wash cloths.We found out later that you had to request it. No face washers. No sugar, tea or milk..Internet inadequate.Air conditioning didn't work. Towel drying system didn't work.Bathroom plughole seems blocked. No bathroom amenities at all. Just liquid soap.

We liked the cleanliness of the room, the staff was very nice and helpful and also the breakfast was good

We didn't like the mattress on the big bed and we didn't like that the electric car charger wasn't free

Nice room with big terrace. Comfy sofa and beds. Hotel was right on the high street but the room was quite even though it was on the first floor.

We paid for room with kitchen but there was no dishes or plates to be used. So we could not use the kitchen we paid for.

It was a perfect stay with my family. The hotel staff made us feel like we were at home. Reception was very helpful with all our requests and I am very grateful with the whole team.The rooms are spacious, very clean and modern. Breakfast was awesome! The property is very close to the train station and is only an enjoyable 20 minute walk to the port.Honestly, after staying in 6 different cities in Italy, this hotel made the perfect end to our trip.Thank you all for this!
