- Beautiful beach and proximity to the historic centre of Vieste.
- The staff at the reception was nice and approachable, they gave us good advice about where to have dinner in Vieste and where to see a trabucco. The position is good: 10-15 mun walking distance from Vieste old town.
Cons -

- On check in, poor communication by staff. Just brought us and showed us our room. Did not tell us room functions, how the paid beach worked, what time restaurants closed, how there were 2 separate pools, the swim cap rules, yoga

Wearing swim caps in the pool

The breakfast is awful: I had a tasteless cappuccino which was grossly same as a cup of water and milk. In general the quality of the breakfast is poor. The building looks a bit old. In our room it took 10 min of running water to finally have hot water in the shower. We didn't use the swimming pool as we went in October. In conclusion, the standard is consistent with a good 3 star hotel rather than 4 star.
the location right on the beachfront and within walking distance to the old town was ideal
breakfast was rather rudimentary ,hardly any fresh fruit, limited choice of bread, everything too sugary
A good quiet location, in its own green territory, but still close to the town, a comfortable 20 minute walk.It was exceptionally clean and well run with plentiful polite and attentive staff.
The breakfast was a little light on anything other than pastries. Although the pastries were delicious.
Breakfast was good but 8:00 to 10:00. Always very busy. Hard to find a table, hard to order your coffees, everything kept running out I never saw fried eggs on buffet until last day. All servers tried their best but were all overwhelmed and start to get very rude. Location was perfect. Easy to get to beach and walk to town at night. I have never paid for chairs on a beach when hotel is as large as this. The chairs and umbrellas should have been included in the cost. The pool was great except they should have service, we would have spent much more money on cocktails and food especially if the pizza bar would have been available. Also the times the restaurant is open was ridiculous with a large hotel as this. Pizza closed between 1:00 and 7:00 or something like that. The snack bar should have a lot more items like better panini's etc. somewhere in the hotel should be ice available. The hotel cleanliness rooms and grounds were spectacular. Beautiful rooms.
Snack bar, pool service, no ice machine anywhere.Wearing a cap in the pool is ridiculous especially since I saw more hair on men's backs than on their heads. This whole concept is ridiculous. Good chlorine maintenance is good hygiene practice. The $3/day/person tax is also annoying I would definitely return if a few of these things changed.
Great location , spacious clean modern room with balcony, Average buffet breakfast. Good location - The hotel was located a~ 20 mins walk. distance into town and there is a nice marina. The Hotel had a lovely pool and garden and outside bar area.
At Breakfast the worst coffee in 3 weeks travelling in Puglia.Proper changing room by the pool would be nice especially on our last day after checking out. Instead we to use the poolside toilet. And showers by the pool.Having to pay 5EUR per person for a Beach/pool towel. All All the other resort hotels in Puglia that we stayed this was included in the room price. The Air-conditioning seems to go off when you leave the room. So if you are out for the day the room gets very hot.
Large comfortable room. Friendly staff. Very good buffet Breakfast.
The rooms are dated.
Quiet and relaxing
Wedding parties in hotel, and mosquito during the night
Great location. Great breakfast.
There happened to be a wedding there for an entire day into the night. It was hard to avoid how loud it was… especially the enormous fireworks display that went off at the end. I didn’t mind, but there happened to be a huge group of cyclists there for a race the next day and I can’t imagine they were happy!
Good location, walking distance to the beach and supermaraket. Great breakfast buffet with a lot of options.Very nice garden and pool area.Free bikes included in the price of the room.
The hotel is housed in several buildings. Quite a long walk uphill. The room I lived in did not have a balcony. Bicycles require more maintenance.
The room was large and had a very nice balcony. They had a small dinner menu (different every night) that could be requested that turned out to be some of the nicest dinners we had in Italy. It was a four course meal that was an excellent value. The included breakfast was also excellent. Our waiter Vincent (sorry about the english name) was also excellent and made going to the restaurant a pleasure.
very helpful staff, location, balcony, bikes, cleanliness, pool, greenery, parking, ease of walk to old town & new town and proximity to beach.
What a fantastic room! Genuinely exceeded expectations. The view was amazing, the size generous and the shower with Seaview was top!Fridge in the bedroom was very convenient and so it was the seating area outside on the balcony. Very clean and the color scheme was crisp and modern. I will definitely stay again :)
It would have been good to have a leaflet in the room with info in regards to check in time, breakfast etc. Also a phone so you don't have to go up and down to ask questions, but honestly minor things.
Sea view.Room brand new.Bathroom.Parking.
Windows very dirty.Ugly warehouse before the balcony (with rusted plate MARC just in front of the sea view).Man at the front desk not very pleasant.Work not finished (free wire on the balcony...)
Extremely comfortable for the price, situated next to the beach, within a short walking distance to the old town, close to supermarket, parking and beach sunbeds included, tasty and rich breakfast with good coffee, nice employees especially at the reception and also the housekeeperd. We loved the stay!
The swim cap needed for the swimming pool, that we had to buy.
I just loved the pool side area it was beautiful specially at night time.
Price is little bit high.
I would not recommend it
in my opinion: - in general, it is not at a level of a 4-star hotel- no wi-fi in the room- forniture fairly outdated- they ask you to wear a plastic bracelet for the entire stay - I might have been overcharged, with a mechanism to get from us the commission that they pay to “Booking.com” (this is just my speculation, though)
Vieste is a great down to base yourself in because of the restaurants and charm, Seaview and variety
the hotel had no iron. Not attentive to individual needs.tne cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful and always passed eadantires, more than tne reception staff..
