The breakfast was outstanding.

Easy to find with secure underground garage for the car. Staff were absolutely lovely, very helpful and a credit to the manager. Location is fabulous, short walk into the 'Old Town' with lots of bars and restaurants amongst quaint narrow streets and alleys. Room was clean, comfortable and generally well appointed with a comfortable bed. We were on third floor at the front, so expected some street noise but after 11pm we honestly heard nothing!

The ensuite was quite small and the shower was cold - no hot water at all. Only stayed the one night so didn't bother complaining , but probably should have. The safe didn't work. Breakfast was ok if you like cakes and pastries, but very little fresh fruit or anything else. Coffee was nice!

The family members who run the hotel were very nice and helpful to us in many ways. We were grateful for the parking in the basement garage as the car rental agency had given us a brand new car with 16 miles on it. Nonna blew us a kiss goodbye!

One evening the street noise was a little loud but that was no fault of the well-built hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, as it was close to everything. The soundproof windows made it great to sleep without noise at night.

excellent position close to all shops and restaurants. 200m walk to historical town and 300m to beach.Good size rooms.staff very helpful, would highly recommend!

Location of the hotel to historic centre and bus terminus was excellent. Excellent restaurants right next to the hotel. We had a room with a balcony at front of the hotel. Dolce vita pasticceria is excellent...round corner from the hotel.

there was very little to like about the property. The furniture was worse for wear, basic amenities of a 4 star hotel were absent: e.g. coffee/tea facilities , tissues, sanitary bags and complimentary water. We we charged €2/small bottle of water. Coffee was available at a cost. Hence why they were not available in the room. When walking bare foot in the my feet became black with dirt and grime. I approached the owner/manager Mr Felice Guerra about these issues and was treated with verbal aggression and hostility stating “I have to make a living “.

Hotel is centrally located, close to old town which has lovely squares, restaurants, bars etc. Very good information centre within walking distance where staff spoke english and provided excellent info and maps of the area.

Hotel felt rather soulless. Admittedly it was the end of the season (22/09) but on entering the hotel in the evening the lounge area is in darkness. Our room overlooked a narrow street with the building across the street looking directly to bedroom. Breakfast room in the basement too was dull! Parking underneath the hotel which check in advised is 15€ a night, parking at port 7€ 24 hours which is 5 mins away.

it’s location was ideal. the front staff were great. hotel was clean and cleaned properly every day.

the breakfast was not good and the food trays were not replenished properly. hot water never quite hot. hot water for tea was salty.

Excellent central location. Lady at reception was super helpful and friendly.

The location was great, close to the centre, the beach and the port for the islands with a transfer provided by the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
