The location was great. The staff was very nice.

There was too much music all the time (until 23h30-00h) and we were very close to the pool so it was a bit too much.And a bath-cup was needed to go in the pool

A professional and a customer oriented village manager…

So called breakfasts (a paid service) was just about a croissant and a cofee served to your hand (plastic plates on request) - no fruits, no eggs, no jogurts etc. In comparison with other accommodations in the same area it was rather a shame and a big surprise…Animations (noisy music and/or karaoke) starting every day at 21:45 was really annoying…Allowed smoking around both swimming pools - no comment…

We had a wonderful stay! We were warmly welcomed at the reception, and overall, the staff was very friendly. The resort seems perfect for young children with plenty of animations. However, for us, it was a bit overwhelming as our cottage was located near the pool, and all the animations were conducted using a microphone which made it quite loud. While there isn't a restaurant within the resort, there are plenty of options nearby. The beaches are absolutely stunning, and the sunbeds are much more affordable than in Puglia.

Location was great. Pool was beautiful and staff very friendly. Room accommodated 6 people fairly well, we really liked that it was our own mini apartment. Everything closes between 1-3:30pm, so be sure to note that there is no one at reception during this time.

The only thing that was ok was the nice lady in the reception.

Really hard to get there with google maps. It gives directions to old entrance where you have to fight with old heavy gate. Nonsense. Has to be corrected. The swimming pool is not clean and what was horrible - there was a loud old school disco music that was so loud you couldn't hear your own thoughts. It was so loud we heared that in the room (and the rooms were in the building 100m away). Lucky for us it ended at 8pm when swimming pool got closed. In the swimming pool - you need swimming hats!! What a suprise. Air conditioning only in the kitchen. Not in bedrooms. Nonsense again. There was no soap when we arrived, and only one piece of toilet paper for 4 people. No washing liquid so we needed to leave dishes dirty after cooking. One bed had broken ribs so we had to manipulate the materace to make it be somehow useful. People in the building smoke in the corridor. Basically after coming in you want to run away.

The noise from the family above (shouting ate at night, shouting at the dog). No internet connection.

To be honest, we thought we were booking different accommodation which would have been far superior to this one so we were somewhat disappointed. Having said that, the place was adequate. The cabin was old and very basic but it served a purpose which was an overnight stop for us. It is fine for budget accommodation but dont expect any frills.

There were two large swimming pools on the property, side by side and we were looking forward to chilling poolside for a couple of hours however, no sooner had we sat down on chairs, when blasting, modern Italian music just deafened us. This was not relaxing in the least bit so we retreated to our cabin which was also rocking to the loud music. We rang reception who were very good and had the music turned down to a more manageable volume.
