Great option in Vieste. Close to the beach and full of attractions in the property if you prefer to stay by the pool or remove the dust from your tennis racket. City is around 2 km, an easy and pleasant walk.

Breakfast is good, but it could be very good...

Location was great and staff very helpful - the wifi wasn't working on arrival but the manager fixed that - thank U. Unit was comfortable and nice little patio outside. Parking on site a plus. good value

The whole place is quite run down - the whole pool area was in the process of being redone so no pool but you are across the road from the beach so that's ok.

The staff made sure my needs were met. Setting up rides to town, cleaning room off-schedule, providing breakfast for take out and facilitating laundry. Beach was a nice place to hang out. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful location. 30 minute walk along beach to Vieste old town.Staff so friendly and helpful. Gorgeous pool. Room clean and quiet.

Everything was good.

There are “animations” on the beach in the morning with loud music and animators shouting in their games. It’s also a children beach. If you want to relax, go to another beach club.

The staff is very nice. And the park around facilities also.

The only down point was very small room. We had triple room and it was very small. Even for double is small.

Good location ( if you have a car). Excellent pool, private beach access. Large grounds with close parking to accommodation. Quiet location.

The city is very beautiful, old and original, a real taste of italian life. The food was delicious(especially the ice cream), although the menu was at times limited. The resort was also beautiful, there was a playground for small children and also multiple courts for tennis, soccer or basketball. The host was very welcoming and friendly and the rooms were kept very cleaned since they were cleaned every day. Truly a great place for families and couples, tons of places to explore and a lot of fun.

Pretty standard holiday village - close to the beach, with activities available in the area (tennis, swimming pool, self-service laundry etc.). We were visiting in May and the price was great for our stay, but the pool was still closed (not high season). It was good for the low season for us. The beach is sandy and well maintained. Location is farther away from the city, which is a plus because we like more privacy, but for some it might be a negative.

We had a standard room and the noise isolation in the room was not great. We heard people talking on the other side of the wall (not the wall with the doors to the outside) and they were not really that loud. It wasn't a big problem because it was the low season, but it might be more problematic during summer time.

It’s a nice property, location is convenient, room was comfortable and an easy parking.

The property advertises itself as having its on beach. During check in we were advertised this beach (as if it’s included), only to get there and find out that you have to pay over $20 to get a beach bed. We thankfully opted for a free sand nearby, as later these paid beach has started entertainment and music.. so we were happy that we were able to move further away and enjoy peace and solitude core free. The breakfast was too basic. If your diet does not consist of baked goods and egg scramble - don’t keep your hopes up. In my opinion, adding at least some salad option (green leaves at least) would be good.

The breakfast was really good with very fresh pastries, the pool have a really good size and it is just in front of the beach. Also, the room was very clean and the staff very friendly.

Unfortunately , during the afternoon the swimming pool had an entertainment system going on with insanely loud music that made impossible to chill and relax by the pool. The sound was so loud that even from our room that was far away and protected by some trees we could still hear the DJ and feel the bass.

Hotel was wonderful and close to many sites. Grounds were lovely and although beach was across the street, pool was amazing! Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great and staff very helpful.

quiet, low key family resort -- nice grounds and beautiful beach

First of all, the location is great - just by the beautiful beach, 4 minutes by car from Vieste marina and 8-9 minutes from Vieste city-center. There is even a underground passage to the beach so you don't have to worry about crossing an Italian street... The Village is located on large terrain - so there is a lot of parking spaces, a large swimming pool with a bar, tennis court, etc. Everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

It's really hard to find anything to complain :) In one of our rooms there were ants, but when we informed the manager he instantly took action - the room was cleaned again and sprayed and the problem did not reoccur throughout the stay.
