This place was amazing. Beautiful, posh, great service, lots of amenities included including a bountiful breakfast buffet! All of this for a reasonable price!

Location seemed a little sketch but once inside the boundaries of the hotel, All that was forgotten!

Very generously large rooms, nicely decorated. Desk staff quite polite. Responsive to room issues requiring attention.

Maid service geared more to speed than thoroughness, but polite and pleasant. We arrived with a group, had booked an extension ourselves. Requested placement so we wouldn't have to move, were assured that was the case, but it was not. Resolved amicably.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is close to the promenade. The staff were extremely kind and ready to help at any moment. The rooms are comfortable. A special advantage on rainy days is the spa center. Highly recommended hotel. We will definitely come again.

I stay here all the time, it's a great place to book for family and friends. Best place in Herceg Novi, great amenities and spa. The staff is very attentive, professional and kind. Place is very clean.

We really loved the spacious rooms and comfy beds, SPA is pretty good with big pool, the location-close to beach, the restaurant and the staff very professional and friendly. We were surprised how good the hotel is and will be returning in future!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Our room was very spacious and cozy, with everything we needed. The view included beautiful pine trees and even a glimpse of the sea, even though we officially had a park view.The spa is large and impressive. The jacuzzi was amazing, and the sauna and hammam were perfect for relaxation. I treated myself to a birthday massage, and it was absolutely incredible—I think I even fell asleep during the treatment!Breakfast was delicious and varied, with options for my husband, our child, and myself. The fresh pastries were especially tasty, and it was great that the menu had something new every day.I really loved the hotel’s design—it has its own style without being over the top. The artwork on the walls is interesting and adds a nice touch. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; we hardly noticed the wedding happening outside.Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend this hotel!

The pool was very cold—I really had to force myself to swim. It’s not pleasant to freeze, especially since children also use it. I was also surprised by the puddles around the jacuzzi, which were not cleaned. The drains could definitely use some attention.The gym is located in the basement, has no windows, and is extremely small—just three machines in a tiny room.The biggest disappointment was the birthday celebration. It was a small cake on a black board with a crumbly “Happy Birthday” written in powdered sugar. The cake itself was very hard—almost impossible to bite. Honestly, it would have been better to receive a massage instead.

Breakfast buffet was too similar every day. Bacon tasted like leather! Employees changing the food selections were not very friendly.

Beautiful views, clean and close to Restaurants.

SPA is fantastic! There's only one such place in the neighbourhood with pool that works in cold season, sauna, hammam. The breakfasts are very good! The staff is very friendly. The outside territory is excellent as well.

We'd been there before and this time there weren't candies in the room which was slightly sad. The room is a bit worn out (furniture it a bathroom door has scratches). The TV could be more modern (TV sound was quacking like a duck).

The Hotel staff were very helpful, the bedroom was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide array of food to cater for all tastes. The spa was great and we made much use of the swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi on-site. The location is great with lots of restaurants and bars along the bay promenade. Herceg Novi old town is a lovely walk along the bay (approx. 40 mins). We would highly recommend Palmon Bay Hotel & Spa for a couples holiday, Loads of excursions close-by also.

We stayed in a twin room with a balcony—modest in size but sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was generous and varied.The spa is a highlight, offering a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, wet and dry saunas, as well as salt and infrared rooms. Massages are available at reasonable rates (e.g., €35 for a 30-minute back massage), making it a worthwhile indulgence.Herceg Novi is an easy, scenic 30-minute walk along the promenade. We explored the old town comfortably in about three hours and returned to our room with time to relax.

The coffee from the machine left much to be desired. We bought cappuccino from the lobbi and brought it to the dining room. They stop refreshing the buffet around 9:30, even though the place is open until 10:00.

The hotel was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We really enjoyed the pool and the beach, as well as the spa, which was very relaxing and provided great service, including a tour of the facilities and fresh, clean towels. We also booked a massage, which was fantastic. The hotel room was spacious and spotless. The top-floor terrace restaurant had lovely live music in the evenings, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The food was decent, but not remarkable.

We were only here one day as we were heading to Croatia, and we spent it in the pool. The pool staff was friendly and readily available.

The front clerk could have been more helpful. We arrived early and instead of checking to see if a room was available, she simply said to come back later because check in was at 2. When I asked if we could use the pool, she said no. I showed her the messages from the hotel saying we could use the amenities, and she changed her tune. She was just negative nellie when she didn't have to be.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, new and clean. There is a beautiful and large outdoor pool with a view of the bay. The spa complex is luxurious and includes jacuzzis, a pool, saunas and treatments. The service is great. Highly recommend

The location and the service was really good. The team was really incredible.

The non-use of facilities on the checkout day. The smell in the hallway was not very good and the turndown service was very minimal.

Location and the garden

I was falsely charged for the room that I didnt use. Lost more than 2k eur because of the mistake on Palmon Bay end. The reception staff appeared to be smiling and laughing while I was explaining my issue, which felt quite disrespectful. Despite being told that the manager would call me, I’m still waiting. I’ve come to the reception daily, but the manager is never available. I kept receiving false promises that the manager will get in touch, while the receptionists claim they don’t have the authority to resolve the issue themselves.The worst customer service for the price you pay
