The location is unbeatable. The hotel is perfectly situated on the bay, very close to the water, with excellent views of the sunsets.

- the dinner is reheated and reserved for three days in a row. All four of us became unwell with stomach upsets, and the hotel dinners were the only food we had all eaten. My partner became so unwell with heliocopter pylori that she required emergency medical treatment on the journey home. - also, the hotel hosted 80+ young children for a folk dance event for three days. The group would frequently take over the courtyard, blasting music (preventing other guests from resting), and would come home around midnight - making incredible amounts of noise, as 80+ excited children do. The staff did nothing to control the group, despite frequent complaints from other guests. Do not travel here if your visit coincides with the tivat folk dance festival (later August each year).

Excellent location, beautifull sea view, parking in front of hotel, wifi, good meals. Hotel is old, but room was very clean and the staff was very kind.

The infrastructure of the hotel is well planned, organized, and the location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has pools for kids and adults, and their seawater is replaced with fresh water each morning.

Everything is old and needs to be renovated. But I guess what you pay is what you get.

the hospitality and kindness of the staff is something that thrilled me, however in the pictures the rooms seemed bigger. Things are falling apart in the room but it is clean, so who does not long for luxury and wants something cheap this hotel is ok. The food is too greasy but there is always something you can find to eat from the buffet.

I liked the hospitality and kindness of the staff. The hotel café has phenomenal homemade black coffee. The maids change their towels regularly and they are just as kind as the others.

too much noise every morning when the pool is getting filled. Starting from 7-7:30AM! Toilet flush didn't work very well and tap water is not safe to drink.

We didn't get accommodation we had reserved and paid in advance, but some bungalow we didn't expect.

Personal is great. Someone had problem with English, but we found words. Location is great and sea beach.

I chose this hotel because money/location. I was ready for room number. It want renovation. But I was there for sleeping. Also I so some trash near some houses and it was there for long time

I like the garden and fresh air the complex has. It's on a good location and this was the only reason we chose the place

It's old pretty worn out, the bed sheets and towels were clean but the overall cleanness in the room was bad.

It's good value for the money, breakfast and dinner were delicious, and has pool at the garden which is good for the children.

Definitely room size, it's small for one person.

The hotel is in a peaceful area. The dinner includes different food. The hotel is just on the coast.

The hotel is further from the city centre and particularly far from the bus station. The breakfast is exactly the same every day. The hotel doesn't have a pebble or sand beach in front of it. The hotel can be quite noisy at night/evening because of laughs from their bar. Last but not least, I asked for a sea view room but I couldn't see any sea from my room because the trees hid it.
