The location was excellent.

Bathrooms are lovely. Our room in the Venezia was dated and the mattress in room 416B was so soft, one wonders when was the last time it was replaced. Service was mediocre at best. Breakfast was abysmal, the worst during our 2 weeks in Mont. Opt 4 Chedi!

Comfortable rooms, polite and helpful staff, fantastic location and great cuisine within hotel's restaurants.

I wouldn't say I didn't like, I just think that the indoor pool can be slightly more heated. But that's only if I'd have to nit pick.

I felt like I'm staying in the Ritz in Paris (I did see the Ritz from the inside once..). Best location opposite all the posh boats yacht in Tivat marina. On the marina promenade. Services were top-notch. Breakfast delicious! View! All the stuff was so attentive, smiling to you, treating you like royalty. Special thanks to: Jelena in the breakfast restaurant, Andrea in the pool bar, Jinny the masseuse.

We've stayed in the BAIA building (the hotel consists of 3 buildings. Ours was the 3rd. It's quite far from the main building. Plus, one has to use 2 different elevators (not close to each other) going through the corridor of the first floor to get to the second elevator... (Don't ask...) to get to the room. We had to cross the huge pool to get to the 1st (main) building, and back to our room, which was too dark at night to walk between small streams of pools, large and small, for us (2 couples in their 70s). It reminded me a bit of the huge 5* star hotels in Thailand... endless walking. So try to avoid getta room in the BAIA building.I was missing the 2 little milk capsules in the mini bar, which was not filled up after the morning cleaning. We had them the day we've arrived (the afternoon of 15 September). On the second evening (the 16th), while walking out of our room in the afternoon, I met a chamber maiden on our floor (we've stayed in room 301B BAIA) and requested her to please fill it up with 3 capsules (love to drink my coffee in bed before getting up). She never did.The worst bad decision was made by the front desk the day we arrived on 15 September afternoon. I've reserved the 2 double rooms on my name 2 months in advance through booking.comUpon arrival at the hotel, one couple was treated by 1 lady at reception. We were treated by another. Not even next to each other.We were given a room (clasic king)facing a passage with a partial view of the marina. No balcony. There was no additional toilet (see photo of reservation).The second couple (we are a family) were upgraded (?) to a huge suite 404 same building with a very large balcony with a view to the pool and the marina. A good-sized kitchen with a dishwasher. A big refrigerator, a bedroom with a large bathroom and a nice leaving room. Also a dining table between the kitchen and the sitting area.

The location was exceptional and very close to all key restaurants. We loved the views and the pool itself was amazing. Great breakfast location outdoors as well. Super nice building exterior and interior. Also good check in process.

The No adult pool completely ruined our stay. There were screaming children across all 4 pool areas. We paid a lot of money to have a relaxing trip. We were told that the pool at the ends is adults. Many of ither guests were complaining about the same and we were all extremely annoyed and ended up leaving to one & only hotel to pay again to get some peace. Here they made sure to have an adult pool and much bettwe service/luxury feel. Also pool service and breakfast service is not 5 star in terms of the staff attentiveness. They dont seem interested to serve and be available. It takes at least an hour to even flag someone down. Also, they limit you to 300 ml water per 24 hours - I have never heard of this in a 5 star hotel at this price. If they fixed the above, the hotel would be a 10/10.

Amazing breakfast, great sea view and pool! You don’t want to leave the hotel.

There is 20 euro daily parking fee, I think for this price parking should be included.

The person checking me in was lovely and upgraded my room. The room was beautiful and made my birthday week extra special.The swimming pool and jaccuzzi were very relaxing and there was great choice for breakfast.

Service in the smaller restaurant area was quite slow. I asked what was the best way of getting back to the hotel lobby. The staff member said it was through the main restaurant. I didn't want to walk that way as I would have to walk in between tables with people dining, so I thanked her and went out and through the front entrance. As I left I could hear the staff laughing as I had asked her the way but not taken her advice.

The location and facilities of the hotel were really nice.

Maybe not the hotels fault but at 6.30 in the morning there was so much noise coming from outside (probably trash truck) and from the room you could hear it all. Having a small kid did not help as he woke up from the noise. But overall our experience was great.

The Regent Porto Montenegro is amazing. Beautiful rooms, great location, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The food was delicious, and everything felt luxurious. Would love to stay here again!

Beds are comfortable, very nice breakfast

They gave me a room at the aqua building which is another building next to the main hotel building and to reach your room you need to first go to first floor then after walking to the next building take another elevator to your room. The whole process is long to reach your room so make sure you ask for a room in the main building. BTW there is short cut door to enter your building but they dont give you a pass key !!!

Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful in meeting our requests regarding the rooms. We were traveling with our children and they managed to find two rooms close to each other, taking in consideration that the hotel was fully booked.

Great location, huge rooms, exceptional staff (what is the most important in Montenegro and hard to find). Nice Thai restaurant. Quality of sleep is the best. Nice spa

I would make some amendments to breakfast. Everyday the same menu (for the buffet as well). May be during weekend to change some positions from day to day. And please work on the cocktail menu in the bar. Cocktails are not good. And there should be a bar during the weekend which works longer than till 11.00 pm
