Pros +
- I loved absolutely everything about Hotel Palma. The location, amenities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were outstanding, but what truly set the experience apart was the exceptional service. The staff arranged airport transfers, beautifully decorated our room with balloons and flowers for my partner’s birthday, and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay special. Ana at reception was especially wonderful, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring every need was met. The spa facilities exceeded our expectations, and the food—both at the breakfast buffet and the restaurant—was delicious. It was easily one of the most luxurious and memorable hotel stays we’ve ever had.
- I loved the upscale amenities of the hotel and the beach, which is right next to it. The views of the bay are breathtaking. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. The onsite restaurant is impressive, and the complimentary breakfast buffet is fantastic with plenty of choices for everyone's taste.
- Amazing spa/gym;Loved the beach: swam in Sea over 40 minutes

Very clean, friendly staff, wonderful view of both the sea and mountains from the side sea view rooms.
Excellent location with an amazing sea view from the window. The hotel has a beautiful private beach, perfect for relaxing. The spa is excellent, with a dry sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi. Breakfast is included in the price and is generous and delicious.
The parking is a bit far
Perfect location! You can just enjoy the walk with easeNice beach and beach facilities They provide parking (if available) which is a plus
-breakfast is not good so we ended up eating outside for fresg eggs, cheese options or fresh coffee -wifi is limited to 2 devices only if you have more you need to disconnect and connect with other-no water in the room, you have to purchase -avoid rooms next to staff room. We were tgere and elevator feels like inside room. Staff starts using it from 7:00 am so no way you can sleep after that
Very nice hotel, clean, welcoming, amazingly located hotel in Tivat. Private beach, car park and 2 minutes to restaurants and supermarkets. Breakfast is great and the staff were very helpful and friendly with whatever we needed.
The rooms are a bit small and especially the bathroom, but still nice rooms.
There is no parking near by, so you have to take your luggage from a parking lot 2 blocks away and they don't provide help or even a cart. The stairs have chipped edges, you see a not so professional repair done over the years, feels far from fancy. The room made me fell like I stepped into the 80's , smelled like an ashtray. I wanted to turn the AC on (it was 95 degrees) and it didn't turn on. I went to the reception and they were somewhere between "I don't care" and rude. Anyway they told me what to do and it didn't work. They sent a technician who came in twice to fix it. However, you can't adjust the AC, either you close the window and it's on, or you open the window and it's off. Yes, that's right, the window controls on or off, but the temperature is not adjustable. Internet connection is complicated. I am a computer technician by profession, but we needed to call someone who had to reset the in-room repeater. nothing went smooth. The toilet seat 70th style, not modern with very little room for wiping your behind. Showerhead was very good, but the water leaks all over the floor, the bathroom was tiny. They did provide soap, shaving razor and cream and the rest of standard toiletries, Breakfast had a nice variety, but the food was really tasteless, and the coffee was just colored water. They do have a private beach with nicer staff I have to give it to them. Now regarding the smell: First person said that he doesn't smell anything wrong. Next person said that it's coming through the AC from other rooms. on the 3rd (and last) day while we were travelling in the mountains, we received a text offering us another room (maybe because we said that they will hear from us).Summary:I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
Small's horrible, and no help from the receptionist, I wish I could get my money back, 3 disgusting days
Location is great. Super close to the noce city beach with sunloungers and beach service. Nice restaurants close and food in the hotel is great itself! What a lovely start to Montenegro visit
The location is great. It is the only hotel with a beach access and sun beds in Tivat. The breakfast is decent with many options. The room was a bit small but has everything you need. The hotel is very clean and neat.
Location and breakfast are great. Room is modern and clean. You can swim in front of the hotel. Staff is helpful.
Rooms are small.
Fantastic view, smooth check-in and check-out, rich breakfast. Rooms are very small, but convenient and tidy, and the bathroom is also small but nice and renovated: all the bathroom equipment works perfectly well. The hotel has its own beach space, which is well-maintained.
We would rate this place as 10/10 if it wasn't for the lack of soundproofing. In the room, you hear everything that's happening in the corridor, in the next room, and on the street as well. This means that you will get up not when you want, but when your next room neighbors' alarm clock rings :)
Top Floor, view of the beach and the breakfast was fabulous
AC's worked but one unit was hard to keep it on longer.
Nice staff
The room was small and the bath room too small
super friendly and helpful staff, nice beach and spa facilities, great prices for massages!
There is no air conditioner!!! The front office has to be in control
Let the guest change the air conditioner! Room is hot
Room was spacious and very clean. Shower was outstanding and hotel breakfast was great.
The main reason I provided an overall poor rating was because my room was overly hot. When I called the front desk the night that I arrived and told them the room was entirely too hot, they told me there was nothing they could do, that they were not turning the AC on yet. I opened the room window, but not enough breeze came through to make a difference. They did not even offer me a fan. So, my six nights at the Palma were terrible for sleeping. Also, the spa, stream and sauna were not open until 1pm! I was out doing things during the afternoon and would have liked to taken a steam in the morning.
for one day staying was ok
the fitness place wasn't operated and no service was given, although it was on opening time.
Location and proximity to sightseeing places
No proper info about facilities included (water is charged. Not even informed upfront), unfriendly staff, breakfast buffet not fresh (stale eggs)
