Nice location, close to the beach, good breakfast and helpful staff.

Hotel parking was not available, probably because of holiday,but it should not be excuse.

The hotel was just a short walk from the beach area but the price was significantly lower than on the beach. You feel welcome and the room service was good. There was a bit of dust around but this was due to roadworks nearby and not the hotel's fault. Hotel has its own parking, which is a huge advantage.

We just would expect fresh juice at breakfast.

It was April but why is automatic centrally controlled air conditioning set to 25.5C. Room was scorching. Breakfast was relatively poor given cost of accommodation. Staff were helpful especially the cleaners.

Honestly the staff were nice and that's it.

They didn't cleaned my room. When I entered the room had bad smell, not sure they changed and cleaned from the previous tenants. Breakfast was dull as well. and location was too far from porto montengro.

I would like to thank the hotel staff for their hospitality and instant resolution of all requests and incidents. We asked for another blanket and they instantly brought it to our room. Then there was a problem with the hot water in the hotel, we were immediately moved to another hotel of this chain in the neighbourhood. The hotel was higher class and the room was absolutely comfortable. I also asked for one of the breakfasts to be moved from the day of departure to the day of arrival and that was no problem either.I don't know how fast and good everything is in high season, we were in early April and everything was swell.

Breakfast could have been more varied. The coffee is absolutely tasteless. The mattress is too soft for me. But these are personal requests.

The only good thing about the hotel is that the staff were very friendly and respectful. The room had a nice view too.

I have no idea hot this is a 4 star hotel. I felt like i was staying in someones unused home anywhere in the hotel wasnt clean and i didnt even go down to the breakfast because of that.

I stayed at Hotel Splendido for one night only as I was traveling for work. The staff was truly pleasant and helpful. They gave me an upgrade to a room better than what I originally booked and offered some delicious food for both dinner and breakfast. They were so kind and assisted with arranging a transfer to the airport, making sure I had enough to eat and made me a coffee. I felt cared for and this is what will make me come back again.

The lady at the reception and the gentleman at the cafeteria were very attentive and loving, if I come to Tivat again I will stay again without hesitation. The location of the hotel is very nice, very close to the terminal.

Location is really good.

Cleanliness need to be at much higher level. Price is very high for this kind of Hotel. Maybe for Montenegro coast this is medium high level Hotel, but for hotel standard this is noting then medium low level.

Room was quite hot and the A/C didn't cool it. The room safe need instructions on how to use it.

Warm welcome from the receptionist who showed us to our room. Room was modern, good sized with clean and modern bathroom. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and okay coffee from coffee machine. Continent for Tivat airport. Good location to stroll by the waterside.

Nothing, all as described. The parking area was full when we arrived late in the evening, we squeezed in, but cars appeared to be spilling out into the road.

At the morning, reception stuff can’t find taxi for us about airport.Breakfast ready but stuff said that you cant eat before 7:00 am because its not already finish to prepare breakfast

Amazing service. Early check in provided, staff very pleasant, kind and helpful. Just an amazing team working at the hotel. You feel like being treated as a queen/king. We were stuck at the yacht pier after the trip and no taxi was available - so the wife of the manager came to pick us up! Can you imagine such a service anywhere? It's top of the top!
