Bad internet connection in the room

Price was okay.

The room needs renovation, new bed, new toilet seat, new shower etc.

There was no breakfast....

Everything. Staff was friendly food was great and private beach is awesome

Very close to the sea, has complementary sunbeds - which is higly useful. Staff is friendly and helpful. High variety of warm meals for breakfast. And the sauna/jakuzzi on the roof was a nice benefit.

We stayed in two rooms and even though they were supposed to be the same, they actually weren't. One was really worn out, beds uncomfortable and not so clean. Glad we stayed for one night only.

I did not like anything this property except the staff. Really disappointed with this spent amount of money for such a bad place.

Congested car parking and difficult to find the hotel location.Air condition only inside the main hall and not inside the room. When the AC is on the hall will go to 22'C and room stays at 32'C. Really suffered to sleep. No proper blankets given instead provide long towels, very disappointed.Old building and completely different from the photos.Bad furniture and stains on the sofas, pillows, towels etc.WIFI was very bad and each floor, common spaces the WIFI passwords were different. Really got frustrated.Overpriced, they said our booking has a lake view but it wasn't instead the view to next hotel.The property was not next to the beach and needs to walk around 75 meters to the beach shore.Our booking included breakfast and dinner, the two days of dinner were very bad and did not eat at all.They hold your passport until you check out and no receipt was given against the passport handover.. I never seen that anywhere.

Great stay! The room was spacious and cozy, with a big balcony perfect for relaxing. Just a short walk to the beach, and the included beach pass was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommend!

Like everything in montenegro it was a zastava car for the price of ferarri

No elevator or help staff, beach photo making it appear so as if the hotel is on the shore is borderline scummy. Everething is the quality of a roadside motel for truckers.

The beach very ose to the hotel and the larking is very useful

Where do I start from? We booked this hotel to finish our 7-day roadtrip in Montenegro in grand style including the half board option..what a disappointment!!!! The 1st few pictures show people eating by the beach misleading one to believe this place is that close to the beach...hahaha.FALSE advertisement. Seaside Restaurant in the pictures is not directly at the hotel and you get to sit there after buying food or drinks in person. We wouldn't have ever booked this hotel for the price if not for the misleading pictures and facility/room description. We ate dinner and breakfast in an old room in the basement. Also, breakfast buffet was ok but dinner buffet was a joke. ZERO stars for being so dishonest!!! Yikes. Not worth what we paid at all.

Brilliant roof top terrace and two hot tubs working brilliant. Nice breakfast good variety, friendly staff who helped us book a taxi to the bus terminal

The path to the beach was unclear, suggest have a sign so guests don’t go down the private residents path

Beach staff, overpriced, poor breakfasts

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. We enjoyed the view from the roof terrace.

Hotel was clean, housekeeping was exceptional. Location was good lots of restaurants and bars nearby, beach 3 min walk. The room was spacious with lovely terrace and air conditioning.

We were denied a 3rd beach umbrella (despite complaining to reception) even though the website and their booking confirmation clearly stated "all guests over 12 years old who have half board get free sun lounger and umbrellas"!! And we were asked to pay an additional €2. Which is unacceptable!! We spent over €20 per day on drinks at the beach bar ...doesn't that count for anything to qualify for 3rd umbrella??? The beach was half empty and more than enough umbrellas to go round! Also, the beach wasn't particularly clean.Last Thursday we went down for dinner at 19:30pm (dinner served between 19:00 and 21:30), there was no rice and no roast chicken (all gone)....all I had for dinner was a plate of soup and tomatoes!! There was not enough food to cater for all the guests. Lot of food was wasted by some guest, where as others are left without.

Staff, changing towels every day

Breakfast the same every day. Dinner was to poor. If something for food is over, don't gave more. The room was to small; if you open the wardrobe the TV can fall. One big dog came every day to the hall and smell like hell. Very hard to get to the property.

Great location.

A slightly lower score as we were kept awake all night by people in the roof terrace who stayed up till 4am chatting and moving chairs !
