Casa Manor Boutique Hotel

My stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel is just a couple of meters away from the sea, providing a tranquil and scenic environment. The rooms are beautifully styled and very comfortable. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning and appreciated the free parking. The highlight of my stay was the super friendly hostess who made me feel truly welcome. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff oh the hotel staff were so lovely and impeccable with customer service. Lubica tea & Marija from the restaurant were so friendly and gave exceptional service. Angela and Andrea from the reception provided excellent service and hospitality even the cleaners were absolutely lovely and all smiles. 10/10 recommend this hotel.

Transfer driver didn’t meet you with you name sign by the exit of the airport. It was really hard to find his car in the parking

The property is located 100 meters away from the public beach, which is ok.Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is really awesome, 10 points out of 10.Hotel itself is not big, i would say its small.Rooms are ok, but bathroom devices werent working properly.All in all its a 9 out of 10 rated hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Manor so much so that I booked & stayed there a week later again after my boat trip. The team were incredibly welcoming & helpful, the apartment was modern and spacious and the breakfast and all meals were absolutely delicious. We also loved that it was such a short walk to a number of gorgeous swimming beaches and the Porto - we highly recommend. Fabulous location if you are seeking some peace and quiet too

Nice small hotel with parking, close to the beach and restaurant. Good breakfast.

Location to Marina was great. The room was large and had a very nice bathroom.

Staff were amazing; extremely friendly, food was amazing, pretty good location.

Rooms were not sound proof whatsoever, very loud and pillows were extremely flat/uncomfortable for us personally. The emergency lighting came on every morning at 5am which obviously kept us up from that time onwards, hardly slept for our stay; aircon also didn’t cool the room that great.The hotel also advertises private beach which is honestly pretty outrageous considering their idea of this is a public beach at the end of the road with no sun-beds.

This is a great little boutique hotel - we couldn't fault it at all and loved our 3 night stay here. The food in MILA restaurant is unbelievable!! We had breakfast included - a la carte breakfast menu, good strong barista coffee (hard to find in Montenegro hotels) and fresh OJ each morning! We ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant too as the food was sooo tasty - the food quality/taste was better in the hotel than it was at some of the expensive restaurants we ate at in the Marina. Hotel interiors are trendy and modern and has a lovely calm, chilled atmosphere and setting. Hotel is down a quiet little side street away from the hustle and bustle but only a couple of mins walk to the Marina. Free parking at property which is great as roads surrounding are quite congested with parking. Staff at the hotel were super friendly, helpful with advice and very attentive in the restaurant. Rooms cleaned thoroughly each day and was so efficient - room was even cleaned in the short space of time we were down for breakfast! Room was excellent with a super cosy bed!

No complaints about our experience at this hotel! A slight criticism was the wifi wasn't that strong in our room and dropped in and out but not a big issue for us.

The staff at Casa Manor were extremely helpful at all times. Even prior to our arrival they were quick to respond to our queries (over WhatsApp). In fact when we had some clarifications on the room, they promptly provided us with a video of the room which demonstrated a really great approach to customer service.Even during our stay, they were always ready with suggestions for dining options, assisting with booking various activities as well arranging transportation to various places.Would definitely highly recommend Casa Manor and we will book again the next time we visit Montenegro.

The hotel is centrally located and while close to the beaches, still in a quiet area. The decor is beautiful and the rooms well styled. The staff is very accommodating and speak English well. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The free wifi works perfectly.

Not much the hotel can do about it but the other guests were very loud until late at night.

The hotel is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Spacious room with balcony and sea view. Free parking. Matilda's service from the front desk is above and beyond. Very close to the beach. Very tasty breakfast and dinner. 10 minutes easy walk to the marina (Porto Montenegro). 10 minutes drive from Tivat airport.

There is no buffet at breakfast, you get one dish (and it's small) from the menu and anything extra for a fee.Even at dinner the portions are small.The beach is not private and does not have sunbeds.

The room was spacious, with a lovely sized balcony. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner provided excellent, friendly service and the food was delicious. The location in Tivat was perfect, quiet with an easy walk to the port. A fantastic hotel to explore the bay from.

It was a shame the beach wasn’t ready when we were there, though understandable given the peak season hadn’t started quite yet.

- The hotel is new, which adds a fresh and modern feel to the stay.- The restaurant is nice, and the breakfast, while not offering many choices, includes tasty options.- The location is pleasant and calm, perfect for a relaxing stay.

- The hotel mentions a private beach, but there isn't one available yet. Very dis for us since coming with the kids.- Check-out is at 10 AM, which is unusual and inconvenient as it overlaps with breakfast time.- The rooms are small, and some amenities were missing, such as slippers and a coffee machine- details but important for an overall nice experience.

Excellent staff and service, the food was amazing and the interior and view from the balcony was beautiful.

The beach wasn’t private as stated online, and had no sun loungers which it is advertised to have on the pictures.

The staff were very sweet, hospitable and welcoming throughout our entire stay. Not to mention, the hotel’s facilities (especially the breakfast) were simply amazing. Would recommend to anyone planning to stay in Tivat.
