Location, breakfast & staff

Upgrade gesture as a default with no hassle, which is a very pleasant and appreciated act. Size of room, breakfast, staff (Maja is amazing!).

Not so well maintained, most of the wooden furniture are quiet old, drawer had mold stains, fitness equipment is very old and unmaintained and practically minimalistic (not really a gym).

All the reception staff were kind and helpful, the room is close to the beach and when I first arrived they welcomed me into my room with a sweet treat( peeled oranges covered in sugar) , the hotel is close to many restaurants and close to the center ( around 27 mins walking), I booked a trip to croatia from the reception and they ordered for me a taxi whenever I needed one.

Our room was on the ground floor therefore there was a lot of bugs, no phone on the room to contact the reception but they gave me their WhatsApp number to contact them, the mean con for me was the twin beds they are like one meter wide you can’t turn while sleeping or you’ll fall down the bed is super small, while swimming on the pool you can’t order snacks no fries no pizza you have to go to the resturant I usually like to snack on thingswhile chilling by the pool

The room was quiet, very clean, and well air conditioned. The beach was superb as it was private, towels and chair were included, and delicious food. Highly recommend. Right on the promenade.

Honestly, everything was great.

The superior room was great. The pool was very nice and never overcrowded. The laundry service was prompt and they did a great job. They offer a breakfast buffet which was really good with lots of options. The staff was nice and helpful, they booked transport to our next stop and the car and driver they arranged were both great.

We didn’t give them a heads up on our arrival time so the air conditioner wasn’t on and the room was hot the first night. After that it was great. Be sure to give them your arrival time and they will have the room cooled down for you.

A lot of stairs, bit uncomfortable, if you have a big suitcase.

The stuff was very well mannered and welcoming! The location great, their beach amazing and the pool relaxing.

I would prefer more selection of foods!

Simply wonderful!! Family owned company that clearly cares about their guests! Incredible customer service, amazing breakfast, spotlessly clean, great amenities & super location (especially the running/walking path right next to the beach)! I’ve been traveling through Europe the past 2 months staying in different hotels each night and this ranks at the top! Thank you so much for the last minute accommodation!!

The staff is incredibly nice, welcoming and attentive, they really made sure we were happy with our stay at Perla. The facilities are great, not too crowded, super clean and really well maintained. We loved everything from the really speacious room, to the reach breakfast and dinner buffet, the kind staff and the incredible view of the sea! It was great!

Staff were really nice and helpful , room was good with regard to what you pay for and genuinely nice area. Well priced for dinner as well.

The breakfast fruit could be better. Bikes need updating and same for gym facilities.

Nice hotel with good facilities. The breakfast and restaurant is better than in nearby places.

The pool wasn't warm up and not very comfortable in cold weather. But you can use the indoor pool in the laguna hotel if you are not lucky with weather

Fantastic location...few meters from the sea. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious

Beautiful rooms and view. Easy first stop from Dubrovnik. Lovely swimming areas and good value for money.

All great- only thing was the bikes that you could take were broken which was a shame but otherwise great.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and all the staff were really friendly including reception and the waiting staff. The cleaners were super and also very friendly. We heard very mixed reviews of the food but we thought it was excellent value and good quality.

A gum would have been the icing on the cake

Amazing view from the room, excellent location - gentle stroll into Herceg Novi. Pool was really quiet. Everything was very clean. Excellent breakfast.

The bedrooms were modern and clean

The staff were miserable and inattentive. The buffet evening meal was not nice, lukewarm warm gristly meat, limp brown salads.

Modern hotel with great facilities. The pool area overlooking the sea was stunning. Plenty of sun beds and staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Breakfast had limited options for vegetarian and generally could have been better. Location was 20 min walk from centre of town, but had plenty of bars and restaurants along the way

It was a wonderful stay!We had a super room with 2 balconies with a brieth-taken view ?The food was very good too - nice buffet in the evening and in the morning and very nice à la carte restaurant for the lunch.Vida, Zana, Jovana and Janko were the best! Very attentive, always ready to help! Thank you very much! ?

The hotel is a bit far away from the Herceg Novi city center (~20-25 min walk)
