The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, with a great location and a lovely neighborhood. The staff is friendly, kind, and very attentive. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is relaxing.

It’s pretty far away from the airport in Dubrovnik. It was a 3 hour drive. Would not recommend. Flying to Tivat is much better.

I had a superb stay at Chedi! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and well-appointed and the the hotel's facilities were excellent. One of the highlights was the activities organised by the hotel: the sound bath and the yoga session were truly special touches. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

My fourth time staying at this hotel, amazing experience. The effort staff members and room attendants put into making your stay comfortable is on par with the most luxury hotels in the world.

Was refused service at hotel restaurant for wearing slippers, but only once, other times I dined undisturbed. Weird policy for a hotel that is on the sea shore.

It's one of those hotels that make almost everything afterwards seem like a disappointment.Kudos to the staff, especially Ilja, Elis and the breakfast team.

An amazing stay in one of the most costly and highly rated hotels was terrific. Cost is not an issue when you meet kind personnel, one of the best hotel supplements, and a beautiful view.

Price is always the cause, but all costs are what we paid here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was great, and the off-season timing meant it wasn’t crowded, which made our experience even more relaxing. Although we arrived about two hours before check-in time, our room was ready in just 15 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options. You could either order from the menu or enjoy the buffet, catering to every preference.The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained beach, a relaxing spa, and an excellent massage service. The gym also offers both group and individual workout programs, providing options for all fitness levels. They also offer a variety of activities that we unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to experience.Overall, it's an ideal place for a relaxing getaway with attentive service and great facilities.

Initially, we were given the wrong room, likely due to a misunderstanding, but as soon as we brought it to the reception's attention, they quickly corrected the mistake.

The hotel staff from the front desk to the housekeeping were very professional, who actually look after you and they try to meet your every need which is great, their service is very good which is what makes your stay more memorable.

No Jacuzzi and the fact they allow dogs in the property and the private beach, where it should only be for hotel guests only. They should also have more halal options for international guests.

A bit outdated deco style. Some of the restaurant staff lacked some tact. Very bad pillows and no choice of other pillows (that we were aware of). Extremely overpriced vs local price level in the country.

Staff at the front desk helpful & cheerful. Love that they had a Hotel WhatsApp to facilitate ease of booking restaurants, activities etc. Location is isolated from the rest of the busy city which is refreshing. Food options are the hotel are decent.

The gym and spa could use some improvements. Additionally, the staff should be more mindful of their word choices in emails to better convey their actual intent and avoid guest confusion.
