The hotel was located up the hill with a wonderful view of the city. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The buffet had a lot of variety and was very delicious. I absolutely recommend it!

There’s is no food served outside of breakfast, lunch, dinner. If you miss lunch (12-2pm) you have to wait until dinner (6:30pm).The food is ok. Sometimes it is just dull (for example chicken breast is thrown on the grill without any spices whatsoever).There’s a lot of uphil and downhill. Since we came with a baby it was a bit challenging. To get to the restaurant you have to take stairs socwe had to carry the stroller

HOTEL IS SITUATED ACROS THE BAY FROM HERCEG NOVI AND YOU MUST USE A TAXI, CAR OR FERRY TO REACH MAIN PART OF TOWN. THERE ARE HARDLY ANY FACILITIES NEAR THE HOTEL

Great staff, made everything friendly, we felt really relaxed in the stay.

Food and buffet needs to be improved, vegetarian and vegans options not right marked and really basic. Not vegetables milks on the counters.Not easy for people with disabilities

Everything was great but I have only one suggestion that brief summary or their content should be defined for each food. Their names were even missing. There were a lot of people from different countries or culture so they should know the content of meals.

The view, the location, the room size. The staff was overall polite and ready to help with any requests.There were plenty of sunbeds even if there were a lot of guests.The cleaning services, every day the room was cleaned and clean towels given.

The parking was not enough for so many cars, be prepared to search intensively for a free space. The access to the hotel is on a road which is very narrow and difficult to drive.In the pictures from the room reservation they are showing only standing shower but actually we got a room with a small size bathtub. They presented to us a room which could have been classified as partial see view (the same room category we booked) with standing shower but this was for an extra cost of 15%The rules for the pool were totally ignored, people were jumping and playing with balls. If you want a more quiet time I would recommend the beach

Staff were friendly, especially the animation team, food was tasty and varied. Pool was lovely and clean.

The location is amazing. The full board is a great option and the buffet really good.

The room was supposed to have a garden view... we had a parking view ☹️ Kayak & SUP are not included in the full board. It's in supplement (15 euros).Same for the shuttle to the city... 10 euros/person! Last but not least, rooms are really bad sounds proof. We heard all the noises from the hallway all night long ?

the location, the view from the room and the restaurant, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, the selection of food and drinks, and the excellent value for money.the all-inclusive service includes practically everything, and for the whole day... delicious cocktails (aperol spritz, gin tonic, pina colada, mojito, etc.) and quality soft drinks in unlimited quantities, snacks during the day (pizza, pasta, chevap, etc.)... you can't complain about the care. every evening there was some kind of program, concert, dance performance, or white party... you can't be bored during the day either, the animator team will take care of you (archery, water polo, darts, ping pong competition, etc...)it was great, we enjoyed every second of it and would go back anytime

the darkening is quite sparse in the room;the gym only opens at 9 o'clock - of course, it's a pleasure to have it, but since the room is not really dark anyway, I woke up early (7-), I would have gone to train, but during the day there are so many program options that I miss it. of course, there should never be a bigger problem than that ?

View from the room, the beach, free sports classes like pilates, free cold and warm water from dispensers.

Unfortunately, very rude reception staff, bathroom (toilet) not clean upon arrival in the room, uncomfortable beds, very loud (slammed doors, neighbors, music from the pool bar, housekeepinf - this hotel is not for light sleepers!) food good selection but bad quality (snail on grapes) / cooks evidently not trained cooks. Not for guests with mobility issues, as it is located on a mountain and walking to the room was like a hike.

Room Cleaning service was not very good; the terrain of the hotel rooms and restaurant was not appropriate for kids or elderly as it is not flat, it is very steepy and there are many stairs to be climbed when going to the restaurant, pool and beach.

The food was of a poor quality. No way was this 4 star quality. The restaurant was cafe like no class or warmth to it at all.

The building resembled an office block, the pool area was bland, the gardens desperate for colour. The steps were endless and the general finish 2 star.

Location, the roof top bar views, the pool & lounge chairs worked well. Access to town via boat trip. gym was OK too. All inclusive lunch selection was good. staff very friendly and helpful.

Felt the facilities were a bit tired and in need of a refurb. Breakfast selection a little lacking for healthy options.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly; room was tidy with a great view. Food was for the most part excellent and beverages included met expectations. many spots to enjoy the beach and always something happening.

The view is breathtaking. 1. Hotel staff super friendly 2. We enjoyed the food at meals, although this is the biggest booking website complaint. However, we were only there for three days and could understand why people would be sick of it If you stayed longer. 3. The pool and view is nice.

The best way to describe this hotel is a four star with two star accommodations. The view is beautiful and why you stay here. 1. Can only get beach towels in one location on the property, at certain hours of the day.2. The bedroom doors slam, so you will be awaken by people coming in late or waking up early. 3. We had a couples massage during our stay, and the masseuse left the room twice, once to answer the phone and the second time to help a walk-in. We were not impressed. 4. The hotel is very isolated, which is nice unless you need something. We were starving one night around 11 pm, and there was no way of getting food or snacks. The food is only at dinner during set times, and beach bar food during the day before dinner. Please Bring snacks if you get hungry. Maybe a hotel store would be a great addition. 5. You have to pay $3.50 euro a day for the safe in your room, and their is no clothes iron on site.We feel this hotel did not live up to its expectations.

The Starcamp was a lot of fun, featuring a variety of games, arts and crafts, and supervised outdoor adventures. the views from the property were stunning

we were really disappointed with our stay here. the photos online really over sell the hotel and we felt it was more a 3 star at best than 4. - there is a €15 euro cash charge per towel to borrow one and a €3.50 per day charge for use of a safe! I have never experienced this at a 4 star hotel before. puts you off using a safe… maybe that’s their aim!- it is at the end of a very small road with nothing around it so is very isolated , I would recommend having a car - the food was very average with the same food daily and not much variety. it was often cold and so people were putting plates of food in the Microwave to warm it up! the food was the worst part of the trip and for all inclusive we couldn’t have eaten there for a week - just 1 restaurant. there were boxes of cereal that were out of date at breakfast and when I told the kitchen staff they said there was no more until tomorrow (by which point we had checked out!)- if you have any mobility problems this hotel is all steps and very steep hills - beware! - the rooms were small and if you have a garden room it is very dark and in a not well kept part of the hotel
