Aparthotel Miramare

Luggage storage, packed breakfast for early leaving. Room size.

The location and staff was great. The hotel was very clean, facilities were really good and a large range of breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again!

Only draw back for me was the stairs to enter into the hotel, due to big luggage.We dis layer see that there was a lift through the parking, but were unsure how to access this as there wasn’t sign for lift.

Entrance poorly marked, especially for those with luggage. WiFi was so poor that it was often unusable. Staff did nothing—said Management would contact me Monday, but never did. Waitstaff at restaurant somewhat cold and indifferent. No one answered calls to reception multiple times. Really poor customer service. Boring breakfast.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and cleaned daily. Staff were friendly and allowed us to use the facilities after we had checked out while we waited to depart for the airport.

The swimming pool would only get sunlight from morning to lunchtime and then you would have to relocate to the beach or you would be completely shaded by the pool.

Hotel is near city beach,near centre of Makarska.Rooms are so clean.

Breakfast wasn't so diverse.

Property has seen better days and looks a bit run down. Broken lights in the room, mold in the bathroom, broken door handles, broken tiles in the hallway, towels with holes in them, etc. Pricey for what it is now.

The cleaning of the room wasn’t the best, the breakfast wasn’t either good and there was not a lot of options for breakfast.

Location to downtown and the sea is excellent. This is the main reason we return o this hotel.

The breakfast staff is not friendly. The coffee machines make poor coffee. The coffee made to order is excellent but costs extra.

This hotel was great! Such a good location and the room was spacious and clean. Good facilities like air conditioning nice and clean bathroom. The staff here were friendly and so helpful! I highly recommend staying here.

The leisure facilities are running into disrepair

The facility is nice but the rooms are a bit dated. Old furniture, tv didn't work and our bed was the absolute worst. It was so old and lumpy we literally could not sleep for most of the night. This ruined our experience. The spa was nice but the jacuzzi was not functioning so that was disappointing to us and many others who wanted to use it. The breakfast was great and the location was great.
