Location was exceptional. Staff was warm and friendly.

Great location directly on the port for this very comfortable hotel. Quiet rooms with all required amenities. Excellent breakfast with large choice of food. Friendly staff

Hotel Biokovo is a great place for visitors of Makarska. Located along the Riva in the center, it's a five minute walk away from the "main" beach, a bunch of restaurants and bars, and right next to the ferry and a supermarket. The rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is friendly and helpful.The hotel has its own restaurant with good food (and plenty of choice).The breakfast was decent.

The fruit at breakfast was not great, but other than that there's nothing, in my opinion, to complain about at this hotel.

Parking was to far, and all parking from hotel was reserved so I must payed local parking which is 3 euros per hour

I was here last time in November and the elevator did not work. Came here yesterday and guess what again the elevator is not working so we had to drag your suitcases up the stairs.Bathroom was not clean as a matter of a fact it had some yellow stains and lastly breakfast was sooooo basic like lots of ham processed meat and hardly any chicken or turkey as well as some fresh vegetables. Sooo disappointing to what I remember this hotel used to offer and definitely not worth the money ☹️

Location was amazing, lots of shops, restaurants, ferry port on doorstep. Our room had ocean view, was lovely.

The location is perfect. Compared to my last stay, this time the hotel offered parking arrangement. Great improvement. Breakfast selection of food and beverages was also very good.

Plates, cups and glasses in the breakfast area were not really clean.The sea-view rooms in a 4-star hotel - I'd expect it has at least a small balcony...

The lift was not working which was a pain as I have a bad knee, having to climb the stairs

Location is excellent.rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Service is polite.

Breakfast - dirty glasses and poor choice of foods. On fruits there were mosquitos (bananas were brown). In order to open fridge in your room, you need to open doors of your room.. i noticed every room did the same. Elevator is broken for some time so you need to carry your laggages up to your room. No water/drinks in room.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Just by the marina with lots of restaurants, the beach and supermarkets within a few minutes.

The elevator was broken and with heavy bags it was a bad start at the hotel. It seemed that it had been out of order quite a long time.The breakfast that was served was quite sad with warm cheese and milk standing with not enough cooling. We did not want to risk to be sick and eat/drink that. The people working at the reception felt a bit stressed and not that service minded. I don’t agree with 4 stars for hotel Biokovo. Sorry to say?

Breakfast was awful. Cereals left uncovered . Eggs badly cooked. Little choice. Bathrooms need updating. Changed room because AC didn't work well. Asked to.pay for one tea bag to take to our room. Lift didn't work whole 7 days though we were told otherwise.No information about the resort from the hotel including the link.with a neighbour hotel. No one seemed to be running the hotel. Poor hotel maintenance.
