The rooms are wonderful, the staff is very friendly. The pool and sauna ar very clean.

Free parking for hotel guests.We didn't get the room we booked, we got a completely different one. They don't even want to discuss it or compensate.

Everything , the location very close to the beach 3 minute walk , the staff was excellent very friendly and polite, they upgraded us to an apartment with amazing views .The hotel is a cozy modern boutique hotel with everything you need and very clean.The food was delicious .It was a short stay for us but we will definitely go back again. Highly recommended

The location was superb, the room was very clean, our balcony was great. The pool area looked very nice (we did not use) and the breakfast and service was excellent

I wasn't too thrilled where we had to park our car. It was around the back area in what looked like, someone's front yard. I'd hoped for a higher floor room with a better view. It was our most expensive accommodation on this particular trip and it would have been a nice add. We ended up on the first floor due to our late afternoon arrival.

It's newly remodeled so the facilities are clean.It has a new interior, but the price is cheap.The two female managers seemed to be taking good care of the hotel.It is a good idea to provide RITUALS shower products.

Although the hotel is located away from Split, it is a good place for a quiet rest.

I liked most of the things. There were few things that were not for 10/10 but than the staff was perfectly professional and solved the issue quickly. I did not notice that reserver rooms were “side see view” which is different than “see side view” but Mr. Ivo was fully professional and ready to solve it, but we did not Overall great hotel, and even better personnel.

This was my first time staying at this hotel with my family, and we had such a great experience! The staff was amazing - so kind and always smiling. The rooms were super clean and neat. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel, which was perfect for us. Breakfast had lots of tasty options to choose from. Honestly, we loved everything - definitely a 10/10! Would totally recommend!

Outstanding property, recently renovated. Beautiful setting overlooking the Adriatic just a few miles from Makarska. Great buffet breakfast, available dinner plus several quality restaurants nearby. Nice pool and lounging areas. Parking available. Elevator to upper floors. Friendly and helpful staff including Marijana and Stanko. Quiet quaint community with beaches and marina.

Was well lit, very clean and the rooms were very cosy. Area was lovely with the beach and restaurants all within walking distance.

10am checkout was very early, but we checked out 15 minutes late and they didn’t complain which is a plus. Also a €10 charge per day for parking is very expensive.

Big, comfortable room. It was very clean. Nice view of the sea and the mountains from the balcony. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Parking available for an additional fee.

Location, room size, pool area, reception staff.

Breakfast is really bad for the amount they charge. Not much to choose from, poor choice, and they dont offer lunch or dinner. The pool area has menus but no service or staff. Paid outside parking, and it's limited. The third bed for the child is really hard and uncomfortable. They don't have their own beach property, either.

Everything. If you won't have a perfect holiday then book this hotel. Spot on. Every single employee has a smile and will great you whole day. Reception 10*, Restaurant 10*, Lady's who are in charge to keep everything nice and clean 10*.

On perfect location. Views from the rooms are amazing.

for the money I paid, I did not get the service I expected. the staff is rude and unprofessional. the hotel's policy is not child-friendly.breakfast below average especially for children

The staff working at the front desk and cafe are great and very attentive to your needs.

While on our second day of a four day trip, bushfire broke out near our hotel less than 1km away and was visible. By the third day, the fire kept getting closer and closer.A number of occupants left, and we had plans to leave as well but were convinced by management that it's all under control.The third night, we kept losing power in the middle of the night and morning. We had woken up to see that the fire was getting closer and the entire hotel was covered in falling debris and ash. We were told by staff not to use the air-conditioning as the smoke might get into the room. When we could not bear the heat and entire hotel smelling like smoke, including constant ash covering the entire surround, we decided to try and leave in the late evening on the third day. We asked to be refunded the last nights stay only to be turned away by the hotel management group and told it's still entirely safe, even though 100s of residents had already evacuated, including families leaving by the minute . Thank God we left when we did as now that entire road is blocked of and fire is one of the worst in decades to have reached this area of the seaside. This management told us that hotel is still functioning and business as usual and didn't meet their criteria of refund, even though the pool was not usable ... power was going off several times a day n night, including aircon not being allowed to be used .

Breakfast was amazing. Staff is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I am definitely recommending this hotel to all of my friends and family. Everything is very modern and clean. Pool and pool area were perfect size. The hotel is very close if not on the beach. The view is breathtaking.

A drying rack for beach towels is missing.

Very good hotel in the central part of Tucepi. Very clean, stylish, modern. ,,Rituals,, bath line, Nespresso coffeemaker, bathrobe, slippers.. it’s such an important details. The staff is polite, friendly and always helpful. I will definitely return back and prefer Laurentum.

It’s would be nice to have some hangers to dry beach clothes on the balcony.

Simply everything. Location, staff, perfectly clean.
