Hotel Osejava

Views from the corner suite were amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent service from the front desk staff especially Ivana who was very helpful and friendly.

Nothing but a kettle or coffee pot would be a great addition. A mounted shower head would also be preferred.

The room was clean bed comfortable our room had a wonderful view of the sea and mountains, we walked to restaurants in the town, lots of beaches you can walk to. The pool was nice, bar, restaurant and breakfast were all good. Parking was easy we reserved a spot when making our reservation. The staff very helpful a nice hotel in a beautiful part of Croatia

The noise from the private yachts parties in the evening on the sea side was very loud didn't stop until well after midnight Stay on the pool side of the hotel you will sleep better..

The hotel and our room were immaculate - we had the most fantastic view of the harbour - it was beautiful. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was fantastic!

The hotel is a bit dated and there wasn’t a coffee machine or kettle in the room.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was very spacious and even though it faced the front we didn’t experience any noise issues at all. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. One young man in particular was very helpful in assisting my husband one night when he was ill and needed to go to a hospital. This lovely young man actually insisted on driving my husband himself to the hospital. He went above and beyond and were extremely grateful. I only wish I knew his name to properly acknowledge him!

The hotel was really modern. It had a pool, there was also a beach just below. The staff were friendly and helpful. View from our room was amazing. Breakfast was good, well stock and kept clean - well serviced with helpful staff.

Value was OK - but at the top of a rate scale. Bathroom door/wall was obscure glass but lack a little light and sound privacy. Noisy at night - not sound proofed.

The beach, the views, the food, the boats!!!! No complaints!!!!

Staff is very professional and friendly, the room was top notch with the best view and location in the area, also breakfast was on the best i have had in a while, i will 100% come back

Only superlatives can describe Osejava : best location, most spacious and bright room, most up to date iT facilities and confort and, last but not least : the most beautiful view on sea/habour/town an mountain. What else can you expect ?

We came too late to try the food at dinner and coffee at beakfast could be better.

The view was amazing from our room. A comfortable bed and good bathroom/shower/bath with plenty of room. The location is perfect for exploring Makarska, with a great little beach right beside it.

Ansolutely bad and unprofessional bahviour in restaurants except breakfast.

The hotel is very well positioned, close to the beachfront/port, close to the beach, close to the restaurants, close to the center, clean, service was almost impecable, very well lit and great breakfast. One small con: they only have 8 parking sports outside and even though parking is “free”, inside it’s 10€/day. This was not mentioned prior to booking.

The Hotel was fantastic, the rooms very spacious as were the bathrooms. Very tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of hot and cold to choose from. What put this hotel in the next level was the staff, they were all so friendly, willing to assist and Renata was an absolute standout at reception,she even helped in reversing our car out of a tight carspot and did it with such a lovely demeanour and willingness to help.We also found the hotels location perfect as the beach is literally steps away, an awesome walking track can be found also just steps away that leads to an amazing natural reserve. The hotels restaurant was lovely we dined there on 3 occasions both lunch and dinner and rate the food and service as excellent.

If we had to pick one thing we didn’t particularly like …. We found the bed a little to firm for our liking but this may suit people who prefer a harder mattress.

Fantastic location, view was amazing. Breakfast was very varied and plentiful. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was lovely. Decor was fabulous.

No shower in the bathroom, just a hand held one in the bath. The dial for closing the bath plug was broken , we didn’t work out how to close the plug therefore and could use the bath tub, so had to kneel down in the bath to use the small shower. Difficult not to get water everywhere and not very comfortable.

The condition, cleanliness of the hotel were all excellent,The location of the hotel was ideal as it stands alone at the quieter end of town on the harbour.The size and capacity of the hotel meant that it was not over crowded The breakfast food was extremely good quality with plenty of choiceThe room was specious with good air con and the bedroom fixtures and fittings all seemed fairly new and were all in excellent order.All of the staff at the hotel were very polite and friendly

Air con in the room was a little loudThe size of the pool was small and did not have many sunbeds so we never got the chance to use.All beaches were very narrow and very over crowded at this time of year.

View was limited because it was on the backside, swimming pool.Location was very nice. It allowed to visit many places on foot.

We had a confrontation upon arrival with a lady at the reception desk. The reason was that my friend, who has a serious knee injury asked for a shower different to the one in his bathroom, which was a bathtub. The receptionist had only a categorically NO. What upset my friend for good reasons. We finally obtained what my friend needed, but he told the lady; in her business there doesn't exist the word NO nor Not Possible.

Good location in Makarska- close to the town but just far enough away to avoid the crowds. The room was quiet and well appointed. Very clean, good AC. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the staff was friendly.

The pool is nice but a bit on the small side and was crowded when we got down there. But we did find a place to sit and the water was nice. They have a large ferris wheel set up in part of the parking lot for the summer so that complicated the parking just a bit.
