Great staff, nice spot near the beach, cool amenities

The breakfast could be a little better, I know it's picky, but the coffee was average, no bath tub in the room, weird view from the window on the camping houses on the other side of the street. Otherwise great

I loved everything. Room was clean, very nice and big, beds were super comfy, bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had a great variety of options to start a day, swimming pool was nice and cozy, the pool bar was working - what more do you need ;) Parking in garage is great for the hot weather.

Everything was excellent, great breakfast, clean and very comfortable room, everyone in the staff was very nice and willing to help, thank you all, you’re doing a great job and we had a very nice stay.

Great little boutique hotel with a stunning roof top pool with priceless views of the Adriatic out front and impressive coastal mountains on the back. Location is fantastic and the staff was first class.

From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth, attentiveness, and outstanding service that made our entire experience unforgettable.Right from the beginning, we were cared for with such genuine hospitality, even during an unexpected bee sting incident on the balcony, the team was right there to help (Mr Zeljko, thank you bringing that bag of ice for my painful foot)! The staff interaction was one of the highlights of our trip. A special shout-out to Iva, Ivan, and Mr. Zeljko at reception, who were always friendly, helpful, and professional. Even the nightshift clerk was on top of things, especially when the garage door was closed!Our room was splendid, spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sea view was absolutely breathtaking, and the deep safe gave us peace of mind for our valuables. A heartfelt thanks to **Fatima and Lejla from housekeeping, who kept everything spotless and always respected our rest time with such consideration and care.The rooftop bar was another gem, especially thanks to the young lady with glasses who created delicious, personalized cocktails with a unique flair. Every bar hours there felt special because of her touch!Mornings were a delight with the variety and quality of the breakfast, a true highlight of each day. Mladenka and Luka stood out with their professionalism and warm service that made us feel truly welcome.I also treated myself to the spa services, and I cannot praise Mario enough. His massage was exactly what I needed to reset and recharge, thank you, Mario!The rooftop pool offered the perfect escape from the beach crowds, allowing us to unwind and enjoy peaceful moments with a stunning view.Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful week at Hotel Mirjam. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

I would suggest adding half board option (or dinner) for your guests so that would reduce stress of finding dinner options, especially when one night we had bad weather and only one restaurant was open for service.

Amazing hotel, with outstanding roof-view on ocean and mountains with pool on it. Breakfast was very tasty and delicious. Fruits, vegetables. Located 150m from the beach, which was not a problem at all. spacious rooms.we had small issue with Jacuzzi however the staff accepted their fault and got a solution much better than most of 5 star hotels.

Incredibly quiet area, full of trees and birds. We stayed 3 nights at Mirjam and 2 at the renowned and expensive Aminess Khalani, 30 meters away. And guess what? Our stay at Mirjam hotel was much more pleasant and relaxing! I would like to sincerely commend the hotel staff for their professionalism and kindness.

Beautiful location, lots of construction going on at the time, otherwise close to beach and restaurants! Very nice pool, great views, fantastic breakfast! Would definitely come back!

Parking a little difficult and lots of construction!

Good location. We caught the Flixibus from Spiit to Markarska bus station and walked about 15 minutes. Good breakfast. Good variety of fruits, nuts, yogurts as well as hot options. Clean rooms. Lovely views. A downhill walk to the bars and restaurants. Would stay here again if we go to Makarska again. It was a shame we didn't get chance to use the pool as it looked lovely but it was a bit cloudy and windy on the days we stopped here. Did not spoil our stay though.

Breakfest

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and ended up ruining our vacation. The air conditioning was set to heating mode and kept turning on automatically, with no way to switch it to cooling. It was very hot in the room, and we had no choice but to open the window during the night — but there was a strong windstorm outside. As a result, the room was unbearably hot and noisy, and we weren’t able to sleep at all.Even worse, although the hotel states that the reception is available 24/7, we tried contacting them in the middle of the night and received no response whatsoever. No one answered the phone or helped us in any way.This was a very, very bad experience. We expected at least basic comfort and support from the hotel, and unfortunately, that was not the case.

Breakfast was very good. Many of various fresh fruits, veggies and warm beverages.Heated pool, the view from it - perfect.

Large room and best breakfast we had in all four-star hotels!

They don't have any EV charging support. The garage has a simple schuko plug we were not allowed to use, even though a slow 10A overnight would be good enough.Please add support for EVs with some charges; we saw a few hotels and apartments in your vicinity that had simple schuko or type chargers.

Everything in the hotel was great (pool, pool bar, breakfasts, room ammenities). The reception staff were polite and helpful and went an extra step to accomodate our needs (bike storage).

Everything! This hotel is very modern but cozy at the same time. The location is a 15 minutes walk from the old town, but that comes with peace and quite. Rooms are squeeky clean, very well equipped and I very much appreciate the small details such as great quality personal care items in the bathroom, sweets on the table, etc. The pool on the roof is amazing, water temperature was perfect even on November 1st, the view is superb, and they also serve great cocktails in the pool bar. We couldn't wait for the breakfast time - everything we tried was fresh and super tasty. I also haven't met a nicer staff than in this hotel for a long time, helpful and very professional.

The only thing that bothered me was the coffee machine at the breakfast - I think it needs a fix, coffee was running out almost cold and watery. But there is kettle and coffee in the room as well, so that's not a big deal.
