Everything was fantastic - staff members were all friendly and helpful, location was excellent, room and balcony were beautiful and comfortable, and dining was delicious. We would stay here again!

I stayed at Hotel Milenij in Makarska for the first time, and I absolutely loved it. The location is perfect – right by the sea with stunning views, and just a short walk to everything in the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay.What really stood out to me was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was so kind, especially the receptionist, Ms. Andrea, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel right at home.On top of that, I completely fell in love with Makarska itself – such a beautiful city with a great atmosphere.I can honestly say this was an unforgettable experience, and I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Shower was defective and was not fixed during the stay altough it was told 2 times

The location was perfect overlooking beach.Bed was super comfy and room a good size with a lovely shower/bathroom.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel was very good, with clean and comfortable rooms. The personnel were very helpful. They even helped us order a taxi to the airport at a very good price, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. The breakfast was tasty, though I would recommend adding more variety to make it even better. One suggestion I have is to address some minor repairs—there was a broken socket in one of the rooms. Fixing these small issues would elevate the experience even more. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again!

Smell of towels, one box of soap and shampoo for everything

Staff were kind and very helpful. The location is great. We booked the parking place in advance, so we didn’t have parking issues.

The room was not cleaned well. There were still remains of previous guest in the closet. One bed was not done well. Sheets were too short. The carpet in the bathroom to step on when coming from shower was missing. The safe was broken. In the corner of the walls there was a stain of water leakage. To open the door to the room you had to use force…. Very disappointing. It is not what you expect from a four star hotel in Makarska riviera.

An easy access to the beach. Friendly staff. Convenient location.

It was disappointing that the hotel was unable to provide us with two room keys. This forced us to share one key, which was a constant source of inconvenience and frustration. We made multiple requests for a second key, but the front desk staff consistently failed to meet our needs, offering only unsatisfactory excuses.

Reception ladies were always nice and friendly, always with smiling, answering all questions. Breakfast was good too, lots of choices so everybody can get what they’re wanted. There is very good choice of food on the menu if someone wants to order something.

We didn’t like the chairs at the restaurant because they have very uncomfortable recliner that is cutting back and makes sitting so uncomfortable. Suggest to the manager/owner to change them.

People were great! Location is amazing if you have elderly parents/partner.

I'm very disappointed. The rooms were not cleaned properly, , even after we've asked to clean them multiple times. The layout of the room was horrible, very uncomfortable. Balcony was filthy... couch was not comfortable and it was dirty. it had a massive stain on it. Breakfast was 1out of 5 as it was the same stuff every day, which was ok, but still. Aside of an amazing sea... i would never go back.

Everything. The staff is really kind. Breakfast excellent, also gluten free available... clean rooms. Lunch inside hotel also great.

Otherwise everything was great but I think that the bed was old and the pillows were not good, my neck and back were hurting because of these.

Very nice location 30 meters from the sea. People on the reception were very kind and we liked them. But when it comes to things we like, this is the end.

Room was very old, front doors could be opened just by myself as for the rug, my wife could not leave the room without me... when we arrived we smelled cigarettes smoke in the room. Shower was broken and in general we could see that room is quit old and it might use refreshening.

The property was so lovely and the facilities in the room were amazing - I overlooked the beach which was lovely . The staff were very friendly , helpful and chatty I hired a bike and travelled further down the coast which was lovely

Just a personal thing / I didn’t like the fact that the beaches and area was so full of so many people
