They didn’t have food options for lunch. Their door handles pinches every one of our family members.

Perfect location right on the beach, with a beautiful terrace. The staff are exceptionally kind.

The flexible system for lunch and diners was great. The staff was always willing to help for any minor issue we had. The rooms are perfectly decorated and with a nice view and the breakfast was AMAZING. The fact that they had soups, bread and salads for free for lunch and dinner was another thing we really liked and appreciated. There was also a really good dj playing music at the pool or sometimes for dinner.

Not many options for lunch and dinner.We also didn’t like that we had to get up so early to get the sunbeds next to the pool because people will wake up at 6am to leave their towels and reserve them for the day.

The stay here was really great. I enjoyed the views from the balcony and room was really comfortable. Everything was really clean. The best part is if you get to breakfast early enough, you can pick spot with sea-view on the terrace. There were nice choices of food for breakfast, but dinner didn't have the largest selection. I also liked that in the case of half-board you can transfer credits if you miss dinner.

I didn't enjoy that the sink was in the room, but it was obvious in the pictures.

The room a bit small but very comfortable . Excellent location and facilities. The buffet breakfast was excellent with many choices to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. The buffet dinner can improve, though varied choices are on offer, the food was a little tasteless. I do have to mention that the lounges at the beach of the hotel are not charged at $7 euro as mentioned, $7 euro is for a single sun lounge of which there are not as many as the double lounge options for which you get charged at $21 euro for the day.. overall beautiful location, excellent beach and we would definitely stay again.

Not enough single sun lounges at the beach

It is a very modern hotel. The mobile application allows you to do almost everything you need. You can even open your room's door using your phone with the app.It is located in a very good place. All room has great views on the pool or on the sunset. The elevator also has a great view! ? Pines fully cover the hotel's beach, so there is a lot of shadow there.The food is delicious. You are free to visit restaurant during the breakfast (from 7 till 11) as many times as you want and take food with you to the pool. It also has a greatly designed flexible dinner system. On check-in, you get €25 per person per night on your account. The entrance to the dinner buffet costs exactly €25 per person but you are free to skip the dinner in the hotel and use this money in the a la carte restaurant on lunch or in the pool or beach bar. Drinks on the dinner are paid but you're free to take the water from the reception.All staff are very friendly.

People smoke everywhere: on the beach, in the restaurant. The sunbed on the beach costs €7 for a single-person or €21 for a double-person (why not €14?) size. In my opinion, it must be free for the hotel's clients.

I liked the two floor garage, although it is somewhat tight. The breakfast was exceptional with great variety offered. I really liked the hi-tech concept of ordering and paying. Every room has a balcony. Fruit flavored cold water is offered for free.

The pool was chaos. At 7am, almost all sunbeds were taken/reserved with towels. The beach beneath the hotel is rather small and gets crowded on the weekends.

Staff in the restaurant is very kind.Very tasteful design of common areas.

We had very unkindly reception staff. Wrong person on the wrong place. Smile and warm welcoming is an unknown word. Without giving you the right information.

I have stayed many times at this place and we love it. Great food and amenity offering. Good location.

Our room this time had a bathroom without a sink. Sink instead was in our room, very inconvenient. Also, cabanas are "reserved" by towels at late night, so regardless how early you get to the pool in the morning you may find none available. Hotel should stop this practice!

Great location, great breakfast Buffett and half board with $25 Euro room credit. Nice facilities with lots to do.

Great food, great view, good stuff.

Not soundproofing rooms, can hear the above and neighbors. Too loud cleaning ladies they talk to each other in the early morning and how they vacuum clean the concrete terrace.

I was there with my family, hotel is very nice, cool panorama elevator, a lot of facilities, very very polite and friendly stuff. Good food. Everything from check in till check out was going smooth. I would highly recommend this hotel for relaxed vacation.

Food wasn’t the greatest

The way no one controls the beds by the pool. People leave their belongings there all day without being there. The people that want to be by the pool can’t sit anywhere

Lots of different places, enough space, staff, food, beach was great

small room, no ventilation and water from the shower was constantly leaking. complicated payment and deposit system

The staff were generally unhelpful, maybe due to us speaking English. Breakfast and dinner are nice, but you must be there early as the food is not replenished well.

Not worth the price, parking not included, towel to use at the pool not included. Tiny rooms.

Beautiful location next to the beach with a lot of facilities. Excellent room and loved the terrace with the sea view. Really good omelette for breakfast as well.
