Plates in restaurant were not clean, food was not good. Clearly recycled day to day. The pizza and har boiled eggs were the only good options.

The room wasn’t clean and had a smell to it. Bathroom light didn’t work, hallway light also didn’t work. We weren’t told until day 3 that we could borrow beach towels daily.

Food was great ,place is clean and employees were so friendly.Location is great.

,When we check in we have to leave the car at street no parking for the car in front of the lobby so we have to park car so far away and parking is on the hill and we have to carry our luggage more than 1/2 mile to the room same when we check out (hotel charges 9 euros for parking each day)

The staff was friendly, the food and drinks were great.

The automatic lock on the door did not work. You hear the lock mechanically lock the door when you leave, but you can just open it without the card. Also the food was pretty repetetive AND a lot of the time the meat was not labeled as pork correctly and sometimes the staff didn't even know what meat was used in some dishes.

It was a nice relaxing holidays. The food was very nice and abundant. The bed very comfy and you can rest a lot. The view and the beach was so relaxing! We enjoy and had fun in the pool too, !!!

Unfortunately the walls were thin and you can hear other ppl in the hall or other bedroom. But ppl was quiet so no big issue. Also, they need to learn that a tequila sunrise has tequila on it and not vodka… ?

We really liked the location.It is right on the beach with the beautifull view. The staff was friendly and polite.

Where to start... The location around the pool was dirty, no lifeguard or anyone else to control behavior of the guests. The food selection was poor without any taste and most of the dishes are repeated every day. The room was not clean and the sheets were torn. Also, rhe rooms are old with poor amenities. The drawers were broken and if you open the drawers inside the bed you'll find pilows and blankets coverd with stains. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is not good value for money, you'll not get what you expect for this amount of money. We definitely won't return.

The beach is amazing in Tucepi, but at this time of the year (early June) the sea is still a bit chilly (not that it stopped us from swimming though). It is literally placed in front of the hotel. We loved the pool and kids activities. The animators were really doing their best to make the trip memorable for our daughter, so we could all enjoy it. There was a quiz and lovely live music in the evenings. The food was very delicious and there was plenty of choice for everyone. All the workers were very kind and lovely, from receptionists to hygienists.

I didn't like the fact we only took a short vacation this time.

The staff wasn’t friendly, they didn’t make an effort. Always on their phone, it felt like a burden to them when asking for another drink at the bar. I understand that it’s the last weekend of the season but guests shouldn’t have to suffer for this.

Breakfast was ok.

The room was without ventilation and the towels didn’t dry. The food was very simple not many vegetarian options. Wine should be changed and for examble the drink called Aperol Spritz was served without prosecco (prosecco was mentioned in the menu). Tasted horrible without sparkling wine. No entertainment available on the rainy days.

No double beds. Two singles and 2 singles duvets was not comfortable.Food was too salty for my taste and oily, but I didn’t expect haute cuisine

Location cleanliness

The staff were rude apart from reception one waiter Josiff and the cleaning lady. The food was cold or luke warm.

Food selection was poor and it was the same every day - nothing exciting on the menu. Slow service in reception and bar - always had to wait. Soft drinks and all inclusive drinks do not taste like the real thing (no zero/diet option). Elevators are tiny and with only two available you need to use three stairs in the busy times. Very few places to sit (besides sunbeds and a few tables) - not allowed to sit and eat meals outside - towel service limited to only 4 hours per day - yoga is only a stretching season in grass with insects - very few smiles from staff- loooooong check in - all lights off in reception seating area at midnight (no where to stay up late)

Good restaurant and bar staff. Very good location close to the sea. Well arranged dining, drinks all over the day. Good quality of food. Good room with balcony to the green garden (not main building). Nice walking place along sea side.

On arrival it was offered 'improved' room in main building. After long discussion only we receive reserved room in park area building. First week room cleaning was good, second week was poor cleaning, we report this to management. Not well controlled entrance from beach, seen entered people without straps on hand. No designated smoking area. Zone around pool propose to be non-smoking.

Perfect and quiet location right at the beach! Very clean, staff is very nice, food is various and tasty. Balconies are nice with chairs, swimming pool is very spatious.

AC is next to the bed, so it blew right into me at night. Bathroom too small.
