Hotel Tamaris

Great hotel, amazing staff, beachfront and in front of the main promenade. Shops, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Rooms are specious and have a small kitchen which is good if you are traveling with baby. Breakfast has variety and additionally you can order eggs/waffles of the menu.

Hotel is on the beach but does not have private beach. Sun beds are provided by the hotel for free but you have to stand in the line before 7 AM and if lucky to get few sun beds, you have to carry them to the beach (which is close, but sun beds are wooden and very heavy). Alternative is that you rent a sun bed for 10 EUR per bed, and 5 EUR for umbrella.Also in our room water in sink would not go immidiately, so it seems there should be some deep clean of the sink (maintenance needed), same with the bathtub.

Well run property where all the staff were wonderful. They were great in juggling two separate reservations that we had. Able to move into the second room easily. The restaurant staff was professional, and spoke english in addition to other languages.

We enjoyed everything about the property.

Location was great! Staff was good. Breakfast was fantastic. Gym was functional, if a bit light, for lifting, which is good! Tučepi promenade and views were amazing.

Pool was small. AC was spotty. Value.

Staff!!!! Staff is amazing! Starting with cleaning ladies who are always joyful and pleasant, waitress staff as well! Receptionists are beyond expectation! Definitely best receptionists I have ever had!

Perfect location with beach right in front of the hotel.Variety of food offered for breakfast and the most amazing coffee.Rooms are more than spacious, perfectly clean, and comfortable. Special thanks to Ms. Silva, the receptionist, who was more than professional, helpful, and kind, especially to our baby boy.

We had a great stay here. We like the ApartHotel concept they have, where it has features of both apartment and hotel. We had a nice balcony with sea view. The breakfast was bountiful, and the staff was friendly. Bonus was the sea promenade right next to the property.

It is challenging to carry sunloungers, the dining room has a draught, and some utensils, such as a kitchen cutting board, must be included.

TV should have some channels in English or be changed to a smart TV so you can access your own channels and watch movies on rainy days

Staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and felt comfortable.

There are only 33 available beach chairs, and every day guests have to get up around 630 to wait in line to be able to get one. If it’s possible either assign a chair per room. Or at least reserve a chair for the penthouse accommodation. If it’s not possible, you should have a sign in sheet with the front desk where each person presents their room key and confirms the rooms number and is allowed to get 2 chairs. In multiple instances, people would show up 15 minutes after I did, and slip the line and take 4 chairs. It’s rude and unfair, and the hotel should do a better job allocating the chairs. At one point two of the men got into an argument because one of them showed up after everyone else and tried to cut the line.

Perfect location just steps from the beautiful sea. Unit had a kitchen, balcony and living room - perfect for a slightly longer stay.

Dusko the water was very friendly and attentive! Overall it was a great vacation nice location and we enjoyed a lot. The restaurant is amazing good food and drinks!

Very close to the beach. Big rooms / apartment. Very clean.

Way to hard beds, we needed to buy beach matrrases and put in the bed to be able to sleep. Our balcony was facing the other hotel and they had really loud music from 20-23 every night, not possible to sit out and talk. Very frustrating that the hotel don't mention this in the description of the room. Otherwise I would have booked another room. And not enough sun beds for everyone making it a sport to be up early to reserve some sunbeds.

The hotel offers an ideal beachside location with stunning views from the rooms. The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival.

We loved our stay, everything was fantastic, the view from the balcony, the location by the beach and friendly staff.

We couldn’t use our baby bottle sterilizer, it would disconnect the power in our room. Also not enough reclaimers for the beach. We had to wake up super early to get them to have a shade at the beach

Pool was not heated and was in the shade most of the day; there were not many restaurants open nearby (in May) and we had to get a taxi into town to find places to eat.

The hotel is of very high quality. Spacious rooms, clean and fresh. Delicious breakfast and polite staff. I would definitely stay again.
