Hotel Białowieski Conference, Wellness & SPA

The wellness center is in a wonderful location and the facilities are quite good. It is a bit dated by European standards, but I found it charming in a retro way. The staff are very nice as is the food.

I only encountered one problem, which was the water boiler in the room had a severed cord. It was obviously very old. When I brought it down to the desk, they immediately went to a closet and tried to find a new one. The hotel could use a bit of updating, but overall, it was a lovely stay.

Everything at the hotel was up to our expectations. Comfortable room, lovely restaurant and a great SPA! Would have loved to stay longer.

Hotel was old, outdated and the facilities didn’t meet our expectations. Massages were shorter than advertised - they count the time from when you enter the room, not when the massage starts.

Location - a bit far from Bialowieza center

We had a fantastic time in the hotel. Amazing location. Easy to go for walks and explore the forests and search for the bisons. It had its own parking. Swimming pool. Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. With a smile all of the time. Room was big and clean. We had breakfast and dinner buffets, both delicious. We would choose it again for sure

Location is fantastic, breakfast is excellent with lots of choice.

I didn't like the hidden charges such as tourist tax and car parking, I don't think the hotel should charge it's residents to park a car. If I had known I would have parked in the street outside which surely the hotel would not want.

Modern rooms and exceptional breakfast. The hotel restaurant offers a nice selection of local dishes and craft beer. Use of the pool area is complementary and absolutely perfect since there was not crowded at all. We decided to hire an English speaking guide last minute and the hotel arranged for an ornithologist who took us to the strict reserve of the park and was really, really knowledgeable. So overalls, a great experience and will be happy to recommend anytime.

It’s not really a complaint, but maybe for a hotel at this level, I would expect coffee service to be available throughout the day. But this is actually the only thing I can think of. In all other terms, our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations.

The hotel looks very nice. It was very clean. The swimming pool, sauna, and the steam room are very pleasant.The food was delicious, huge variety at breakfast time.

The room on the second floor didn’t have blinds in the windows, so it was very light quite early in the morning. also, the walls must be quite thin as you can hear people in bathrooms in other rooms.wouldn’t recommend the spa services, the henna I got was very poor quality, but quite expensive.Hammam was pleasant and relaxing, although not very similar to the real Turkish one.

A clean, comfortable room in a hotel located in a quiet place. A kind staff. A very tasty breakfast with many delicacies.

I wouldn’t change anything

Nice to be back here, the garden is still beautiful, as is the spa/pool area. Great breakfast.

For the first time we were here with hot summer weather, and it was not fun at all to find out that our room under the roof had no air conditioning. We were provided with a small electric fan that gave us some relief for the night.Disappointing that tariffs have gone up a lot (more than elsewhere) in two years, and even the internal parking lot is payable for the guests, now.

The spa and recreational facilities were great. The breakfast option was huge. The setting around the hotel is great for walking and hiking

Pets are allowed. Nice balcony view. Good spa zone
