The location was very nice. The staff was very helpful & respectful.

The breakfast was weak & didn’t contain varieties. The room didn’t contain at least a kettle for boiling water or making tea.

Disappointing

The room for two, was miserably poor as if it was a youth-hostel without even an electric kettle. Since the hotel is located on the highway, E66 which crosses the valley of Pusteria, you would have expected sealed windows. Forget about it ! Not only that, during the day, the room heats up like an oven absorbing all the heat from the roof because there is no thermal insulation (I wonder what happens there in the winter…) and it`s literally UNBAREBLE to stay in the room due to the heat. All that could easily be prevented by implementing an AC, and NO, there isn`t a single room in all the hotel equipped with a AC.Moreover, one must sleep with open windows and is awarded with a rising morning wakeup thanks to the heavy traffic of lorries crossing the valley - freely choosing between no-sleep or suffocation. Even the curtain doesn’t cover all the window, giving your neighbor with whom you share a balcony, to easily see and/or hear you since the separation is pretty much equal to a kindergarten barrier, so even your privacy is compromised !Nevertheless, dinner was delicious, and the fresh honeycomb every morning was really a treat. But there are no omelets whatsoever for breakfast, and one would probably order a pizza to satisfy their appetite after a long day of hiking since the size of dishes served on dinner is very small.A ruined vacation!

Good location, looks better than in pictures. Met our expectations! The restaurant and breakfast was amazing!

It turns in a local “pub” area in the evening, but that’s maybe more unexpected, than “didn’t like”.

Hotel is squeezed between two roads, not too much nature there.

The location between two roads could be better. However, it is not noisy and we loved our stay!

Very nice hotel with a great wellness area. The restaurant is great both for breakfast and for dinner. The location right next to the road is very convenient, and there are a few shops and stores right at the same place.

We were not bothered by the road at night, but it's still right next to the main road through the area.

Our room, the dinner and the breakfast were amazing. The staff was really kind and helpful.

The hotel is right on the street. We could hear all the cars passing by during the night. There were no curtains in the bathroom, and the bathroom window was on a public balcony. We had to pay an extra 12 euros for our dog.

Breakfast is excellent! Environment surrounding the hotel is absolutely stunning!

They didnt provide slippers in the room. They only provide 1 pillow each for 2 guests.

the pictures are deceiving. we were actually accommodated in an apartment block, 50 m away from the restaurant in the parking lot of some shops, located between two roads. the room is simple, without mini bar. the price of the accommodation is not justified

Great food, though slightly limited menu; however, if you like steaks, you'll love it. Vegans, less so

Almost nothing, except one very slow coffee machine is not sufficient for the number of guests at breakfast.

There is a sauna. Restaurants are good and foods are delicious. Hotel facilities are 3 or 3.5 star level.

The room is in a different building (50 meters away), which is not very convenient. The build has a strang smell inside. The triple room is spacious, but the facilities are only 2-star level. It costs 160+ euros per night including breakfast for Aug, which is a little high for the value.

We liked the comfort of the hotel. They cleaned our room everyday.

We didn’t like the breakfast. There wasn’t much selection and you couldn’t find a lot of food by 9. We also didn’t like how the hotel is situated between two main streets and how we had to walk from one building to the other. It was a little impersonal for that.

The room was clean and big enough for 4 people. Unfortunately the location along the road makes it noisy with the windows open (necessary given the heat).A special bonus for the restaurant: we stayed for dinner and it was really exceptional.

The position and the noise. The garden outside is really small. If it hadn't been full we would have looked elsewhere, the cost is unjustified.

I asked for something to eat at 21.30 but the cuisine was already closed. Only the pizza was available. I know that the restaurants in the area are get used closing earlier than other areas but at 21.30 I think it's a little bit too early!
