Pros +

• We especially like the service of the staff. Everyone was helpful and considerate. I wish we could have stayed longer; the garden was lovely. The rooms were spacious, and the accommodations were comfortable. Kudos to Georgio, who took the time to make sure we found an open gas station! He led us to the station, helped us with the purchase, and didn't leave us until he knew we were safe and set. That speaks volumes for the service and commitment to guests! Thank you!
• He property is clean , spaceous and quiet
• The flat has 2 bed rooms and kitchen and terrace, it is new and furbished in nice modern style and there is pool ( but it is open only in summer season, it is possivle to play tennis and it is quiet area) and there is also washing maschine in the bathroom.If you do not come with car it will be a bit uncomfortable because the resort is located little bit in the middle of fields ?so it is better to come with car.

Cons -

• It was difficult for our GPS to locate it, and especially hard for us since we arrived after dark. The staff was beneficial, tried to drive out to meet us, and bring us in. Thanks!
• The facilities were are not satisfiying
• -we have booked a breakfast but we got just coffee ?(maybe it was misunderstanding because the employee at the bar did not know what to do (he thought we are guests from marriage but we were not)as we did not speak italian ... finally we got that coffe but nothing else ? so it was little bit disapointing-there were moschitos inside already when we came- the doorhandle to the terrace was broken,it was impossible to lock the terrace door
