- The staff was quite rude. I have never been to a hotel anywhere that didn't allow guest to visit your room. When I questioned them about it all they said was that it was not possible. Really bizarre.
- Experience in the restaurant during dinner and breakfast. The staff is very cold. In my opinion, they do the job, but doesn't correspond to the hotel phylosophy. For example, accepted the order during breakfast, but I did not recieve it...

The location because we were close to everything
The only thing I didn’t like is like it was my birthday and we haven’t been offered ant upgrade. I tried to book direct but I had to wait for the call and I booked trough booking. The room was nice but very little… as it was an special occasion.the check in staff was pleasant, also the staff.. We booked dinner + breakfast, dinner was lovely and breakfast with full of options. Thank you
