Got a free room upgrade. Amazing place to stay and use SPA after long hiking day with nice restaurant and internal bar.

We stayed in a newly refurbished room which was clean, spacious, and really comfortable. A special shout-out goes to the lady working in the breakfast area, she was extremely nice and helpful.

The front desk manager was kind, communicative and did her absolute best to be helpful. I booked a double room but was put in a room akin to a closet that the owner gives to “solo” travelers but there isn’t a price difference and I informed them they need to advertise this as a solo room as then it would be expected.

The room I was given was not the room I booked- it felt deceitful and like being a solo traveler was being punished. Next time I will say I am 2 people. The manager did her absolute best to help.

Professional and friendly staff, they treat people with respect. Great food at dinner. The room was clean and cozy. They have an elevator so that's a plus when you are tired after a long drive. Good value for money.

The location of this hotel is perfect to get easily to the main points of the mouintains, the road can be a little tricky so be prepared. We got one of the older room but still it was comfy and the bathroom was nice

Breakfast consist only of cold meals like ham,cheese, jam and bread.

The hotel premises are of an older type, but it can be seen that they are trying to gradually renovate the hotel. Hats off to the owners for building something like this!! The hotel must have looked pretty luxurious for the time!! The price was quite high as we had an older room but a renovated bathroom. Too bad the shower cubicle was so small. However, the room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was sufficient but not enough vegetables and fruit. The staff was kind and helpful. We stayed for one night with our dog.Thank you, ciao :)

Buffet breakfast was lovely, loads of variety. Staff were so helpful, remembered what we wanted for breakfast. Made packed lunch.

I missed vegetables for beakfast

The hotel is near to Alleghe even on foot. There are many restaurants in the vicinity. The personnel are kind and helpful.The suna is good. The room is clean and freshly renovated. The bathroom is really satisfying.

You have to pay 2 EUR for the jacuzzi. It is absurd. There is no airconditioner in the room. However, we did not need it :)If you open the window during that night you might need earplugs because the hotel is next to the main road and vehicles start early in the mornig.

Whole stay was great, very nice staff, good breakfast, very clean rooms, large and clean bathroom and great location. We will gladly book this accomodation for next trip as well.

There was only one small disadvantage - the beds seemed a bit too narrow. But maybe it is just a personal preference or feeling.

All think in the hotel is perfect, the location, the room, the staff is very very niceful and helpful the service is perfect, the hotel is very clean and the hotel have restaurante is very deliciouse

English review We spent 3 days in this hotel. The building was nice with a part of hotel was completely renovated. The staff had been very friendly and available for everything we needed.The parking was Available and in front of the main entrance.The room was really amazing. The furniture were modern and comfortable. Everything was clean and efficient. Nice mattress and the view from the little window was like as a fairytale. Outside you can see the little house with the roof full of the snow. It was a typical mountain scenarios. We had a change to have dinner and the dish’s pasta and beef were delicious. All was made by the property and the service was fast and kindly.The breakfast was nice and the service was very fast. The waitress was so professional and kindly. We love her mod.

English review The rate for this hotel is very high and I want to recommend it for everyone that will decide to spent a vacancy here.Despite all my positive opinions I want to give some little suggestions in order to improve something that I didn’t like so much.1. The parking was too small and one day we parking far from the hotel2. We had a dinner as extra but I believe it could be better to get clear the price of this service. The menu was without the price.3. In the room missing a little light on the top of the bedside. The ceiling lamp were the LED. The light was to strong and broken the atmosphere.4. The dining room need to change the cover lamp are very old. 5. In the hotel was the pool and spa but the manager didn’t tell us if was open or not when we arrived. In the price was included maybe? Some extra services need to be more sponsored to the hosts.6. The breakfast was good but didn’t surprise me. We found croissants but there wasn’t any oven to get hot. Two different kind of the cake. Orange juice and yogurt with cereals. Fruit fresh. In general it was average.
