Clean, friendly staff
Basic rooms, beds little too hard despite we usually prefer hard bed
First class breakfasts and dinners. Great personnel. Very clean rooms.
The food was very tasty. We liked a barbeque, it was great. The hotel served delicious cakes and deserts.We could order pack lunches to take with us.The hotel accepts dogs.

It is more like nice to haves:- in the summer an eralier breakfast (6:30-7 vs 7:30) could be helpful for those who want to take full advantage of the mountain- considering that there is a sauna and jacuzzi in the hotel (very nivce touch) providing a robe and slippers for the guest would be welcomed

Too hard beds, very tiny bathroom. The main course in the dinner could have more vegetables and potatoes, a little too simpel. Too short opening hours in the spa. The menu could have been translated to English
