The hotel is a bit outdated and would benefit from a facelift.
very friendly owner, we arrived around 21:30 and he was waiting for us smiling and happy. they allow dogs, and they have a friendly big dog ? great location for cycling in the Dolomites. They also speak English so communication is not a problem.
The hotel is in a splendid and picturesque village. The owner and the staff are very kind, accommodating and pet friendly. Severus (their dog) is so beautiful and calm. The breakfast and dinner are very delicious. The room had balcony that looked at a small waterfall.
Our room was clean and quiet, the hotel location is great (especially for mountain hikers, some trails start right from Sottoguda), the breakfast was fantastic and the host is absolutely wonderful. We're already dreaming about coming back someday :)
The owner stayed up late to allow us to check in, very friendly and an excellent breakfast
Everything was good
We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, nice and great value for money. Rooms are spacious with clean showers and towels every day. The owner is really nice ( his dog too ?). There's a nice "family" mood. Breakfast is awesome and you should try dinner with 3 dishes too. There's space for skis and a dedicated room for ski boots so they are dry and warm in the morning.Ski bus stop is 50m from hotel.I really liked our stay and would come back anytime!
The hotel is little bit old but the price is accurate for that so one cannot complain.
The staff is very friendly, the rooms and the building are clean, the breakfast is great.
The bathroom needs adaptation. The owner's big dog is always in the lower part of the building, which is annoying.
Very nice attitude of the owner, ready to help...Location is quite good if you want to go to Marmolada, Araba, or Sella Ronda and also other direction to Passo Falzarego or Cortina is 35min away. Ski bus station is very close 50m, but the bus is expensive, 6EUR per person, just one stop to Marmolada, so I would recommend using the car if there are more of you.
It was quite cold in the room, even colder in small bathroom, no heating in bathroom. Shower is so small that its impossible to turn. I would give it max a 2* hotel rating. In the room you can hear everything from room above, or next to you. Food was rather average, no culinary delights. There is no sauna in the hotel. It is located in very small village, so not much places to go in the evening. And be aware that there is a huge dog (newfoundland maxi dog) in the reception or in the bar lying always on the floor, sometimes you have jump over him, so its not suitable for people afraid of the dogs, or having a fear from dogs...
The hotel has a rather homey feeling. All the furniture is made from wood and everything looks like it's from some cute alpine cottage. The staff was super nice, they went out of their way to make us confortable. We had breakfast and dinner and were very satisfied with the food.
The heater in our bathroom was a bit rusty but it worked just fine. The owners have a really big dog who lays around all day and doesn't care about his surroundings. He can be perceived as rather scary but really is a big softy.
Excellent location, near cable car for glacier Marmolada. Very cosy hotel, Corrado, owner, was very kind, explaining us all the details about Dolomiti Super ski resort. Great food, and service. Need to mention Sev, a beautiful, big fluffy newfoundlander, who was always sleeping near reception, waiting for a cuddle.
Breakfast and dinner were excellent, the staff was very familiar and gentle. We couldn't ask more for what we paid, very good balance between money and service we've got.
The owner is super nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.
Excellent location, kind owner, hearty breakfast, clean
Rooms are dated so not soundproof at all, small shower
Friendly staff
the plug was behind the bed so I couldn’t charge my phone next to me during the night. I recommend you add an extension cord to solve this problem.
The arrival is very well organized. The room was warm and clean. Parking is just in front of the building. Location very close to the base station of Marmolada lift.
The breakfast wasn't very good, two sorts of cheap salami and a lot of sweet stuff.
Very friendly staff 10/10
The host was super helpful, the rooms were really clean. Everything was awesome
Very friendly helpful staff. Beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay again
