Food selection is wonderful.

Very comfortable hotel with lovely food and friendly staff. Hotel owners very accommodating.

The hotel owners were superb could not have been more welcoming. Tbe ability to buy ski passes from reception was a huge bonus. The cleanliness in the hotel was exemplary. The food was amazing.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room The waitresses were very efficient but some lacked interaction with guests and could have smiled a bit more

The hotel doesn't include a spa but one can get into a near by hotel spa with pay.

The hotel is in a great, quiet location at the foot of the mountain with direct access to the Matterhorn and within walking distance to the ski lift

The hotel was FABULOUS. We literally cannot wait to come back. The family were very welcoming and all the staff were charming. Lovely room, amazing dinners, we were so happy there. The ski boot room and all the facilities work really well. The roof top sauna was brilliant! You HAVE to stay here!

Breakfast was really good with plenty of options and no limit on the amount of food or drink,The staff were very friendly, very attentive and would do anything to help their guests.

Nothing - would highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Cervinia and we will be back soon!

My Hotel was perfect for us, staff were great, location was perfect in respect of its distance from ski lift and town. Just a great place to go for a ski trip.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Very nice facilities, very clean. Souna is nice.

Not having fresh vegetables for breakfast was little disappointing, little far from center of town, not really ski to door. souna is a bit small.

The hotel is warm and comfortable, clean room with beautiful view ob the mountains. Excellent and rich breakfast. Tasty dinner with local food. Close by to ski lift. Staff is available to satisfy any needs.
