Punta Margherita

Really good food, very nice service overall. It's a no fuss hotel, you get what you pay for.

You had to pay for the sauna.

The shuttles to the ski resorts were great and the breakfast before ski lovely! Also wonderful jacuzzi tho we had to pay 15€ each per hour!

We didn’t have a car and there’s nothing to do there without a car because the town is empty and there are 5 busses from there every day. Getting in and out was really hard. I wouldn’t go there without a car. Also bruit cervinia has a better ski resort and better nightlife so I would definitely visit there. And about the facility - the shower was tiny, but other than that it was great! Good breakfast!

This is a very cosy and friendly family run hotel. It is very well located, very clean, warm and convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive and the overall atmosphere was very family like.

Despite the building's age, everything functioned flawlessly. ski shoes were dry and warm, the sauna and pool provided great relaxation, and the rooms were well-equipped. Notably, everything was exceptionally tidy. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was excellent, making our daily experience enjoyable.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Punta Margherita in Valtournenche! The property was beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to hiking trails and ski slopes. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend Punta Margherita to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation

the start of the dinner was a bit too late

The staff was and are very friendly felt like a part of the family. Was enjoying every morning and evening while I was interacting with all them. amazing food and service. definitely will choose this destination for future travel

Very close located to slope and mountain like a fairytale the place. Comfortable and sweet place.

Hotel was really clean , and a beautiful view of mountains through our window and balcony, rooms was cleaned every day, what was very nice to come back to clean rooms after days skiing.

I'm not very picky on food, but this time have to say it was very poor , breakfast and dinner was poor. Location not great if you don't have a car, we was lucky had car rented. No evening life at all was, decent bar was in Cervinia what is 15km away, no taxi services at all.

Small room, lacks of socket, just one in the entire room

Mini bus lift to and from lift station was a great service. Staff pleasant and helpful. Boot room warm and convenient. Rooms very comfortable by ski area standards. Evening meals adequate. Wine good and reasonably priced.

Breakfast was basic, some better bread rolls would be a big improvement. Shower very weak.

Excellent staff, great food (we were half-board), decent location near a ski hire shop, the bus to the gondola and a supermarket (all within c. 50m). Free lifts to/from the gondola also provided by the hotel on request.

Cozy, family run hotel. Breakfast & dinner - excellent! Good choice of local wines. Both ladies were very friendly and helpful. Excellent spa facility. Ski storage room with warming up device for ski shoes.

Uncomfortable (narrow) shower cabin with a fixed shower. Smell of chlorine in the spa facility.

Everything. the location is brilliant because you pay half of what you would in Cervinia, but you are five minutes from a different ski lift. however, you can still get to Cervinia and into Switzerland from this side, but it is no way near as busy as what you will face in Cervinia.The family who own the hotel are lovely, ver polite and speak a variety of languages. breakfast which is served is plentiful and the bar is generous with its Whisky servings. lol
