Location, room size. Overall nice staff.

Facilities are rundown and room is very cold (which cannot be controlled), no tea kettle in the room, breakfast has little variety

Everything was perfect. Friendly and helpful staff, great food, amazing bar area and pool table, easy access to skiing. Could not have hoped for a better stay.

This hotel has very freindly and service minded staff at the reception. Especially Ilenia and Alexandra made a big difference to our vacation. They are very professional and helped us with many issues before and under our stay. The hotel itself is very well located for skiing from Valtournenche and offer a great selection of food for dinner.

The hotel is not new but it is not something that had any negative influence on our stay.

Practical location, friendly staff, bar and restaurant in the hotel

The outdated decor, only one electricity socket in the room (used for tv), cleaning staff not exchanging towels (which is fine) but misplacing them

The hotel is fairly old and simple, situated on the main road but very comfortable

Extremely helpful receptionl staff especially when trying to book a taxi for a local journey.

Cleaning team came to the room at 9am when checkout wasn't until 10am so room had to be hastily vacated. They would only give 5 minutes grace in which to pack up and leave.

Staff were brilliant, great restaurant and bar. Bar has pool table and lots of board games, great for families. Breakfast was good. Location great, bus service, best way to access the local Ski Area even though only 500 metres to walk, but very busy road with little to no footpath.

Rooms were noisy on the road side, due to traffic, particularly snow ploughs, ironically, as if snowing they are up and down all night. A bit of room noise from noisy neighbours, TV etc, if you want a good nights sleep, I suggest ear plugs.

Hotel staff of Fabio, Liliana & Alexandra very friendly, helpful and hard working. Good breakfasts, excellent dinners including some local dishes. Cosy bar area with IPA on draught and a pool table. Reasonably close to the Valtournenche gondola and a bus stop very close. Accessible ski deposit with heated boot lockers

Bar area & restaurant quite small. This made it cosy but it could potentially be overcrowded if the hotel is full. The pool table was sloping around one of the middle pockets!! Busy road with no footpath meant not really an easy option to walk to the gondola even though this only 500m away. No sauna or gym despite this in the description (although we didn't really have time for this during our stay so wasn't a problem)

Not customer friendly.

Very bad customer service. I booked the hotel shortly before arriving and accidentally picked the wrong date. They would not give me a refund, only a “if we are able to sell the room we can offer to come back another day” but then didn’t respond anymore. The whole “if we sell the room” isn’t customer friendly in itself and especially not if you don’t respond after to the question if the room has been sold. Anyway, this bad review is totally worth my money that I’m never getting back anyway.

The hotel need some small improvments in the rooms like furniture and in the bathroom, the soap and the shower gel

Staff were very friendly, food was excellent, bar area nice, locker room was good, boot warming excellent.

We went at New Year and everything was pretty busy.
