Great location with a short walk to lifts and great restaurants and bars.Rooms were modern and cosy but a little cramped.Staff were fantastic both in the restaurant and at the front desk - especially EmanuelaThe little gym is good and the ski room has boot heaters.The restaurant is lovely with a beautiful view down the valley and river. Breakfast was good.

Dinner in the restaurant was good but a little bit expensive.

This property is a stylish recently renovated quality hotel don’t be fooled by the 3 star rating this is a good 4 star at the very least with its own bar across the rd

Nothing it was excellent

We loved everything about Hotel Marmore. The room was perfect for our family ski holiday. The food was exceptional and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, helpful and welcoming to our young family. We will definitely be going back!

Nothing. It was perfect.

It's a very nice hotel. When we came we were given a really small room but that was changed the next day for a big one on the top floor (you have to carry the suitcases one flight up).The food was very good and the staff really nice and friendly but I think we paid quite a lot for what we got.The view was lovely from the top floor and the gym, though reallly small and across the street, had what I needed.

The layout of the room - though very large, had one side of the bed up against the wall and no tables to put something near the bed so although you have plugs there's no place to put your phone or even a glass of water...The other rooms were not like that ( I don't think..).

Staff were difficult and rigid to deal with. Hotel is great location and ski are top!

The location, cleanliness and helpfulness of staff was excellent. The food was really good quality (although perhaps not to everyone's taste).

It would have been helpful to understand that the set menu was not the only option. On our last night a family close to us in the restaurant ordered pizzas and we hadn't realised or been told that was even an option. But this wad not a detraction from our stay and we would definitely stay again.

Great location, Really nice room. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great choice of gluten free for breakfast and seeds and fruit and eggs.

The room wasn't huge but that's typical for a ski resort.

The location is excellent. It’s in the center of everything. This is our third times staying at the hotel and we will definitely come back.

Wow! What a super hotel. Modern with a traditional theme, good sized comfortable bedroom with lots of storage ( especially needed for ski clothing) staff were super friendly and helpful.Really good breakfast. Ski hire shop next to the hotel and boot room just across the street. Just a couple of easy minutes walk to the lift and skiing back to less than 50m to the hotel.

We liked everything! The only slight thing was it was difficult to control the temperature in the room.

Some of the happiest, most helpful staff I've ever seen and I've spent nearly a decade working working in ski hotels! On arrival, I found it very tricky to park our rental car and the Manager just came up to me and said give me the key my park it for you for the week at our other hotel and that was the last I saw of it! Amazing team from the cleaning staff to the reception.

A special remark to the service quality: Emanuelle, Sardy, Sophie and the rest of the team were very friendly and attentive, doing their best to elevate our experience to a higher level. The food was also vey good

I never found a spa….

The hotel Marmore is really beautiful and right in the centre of town so you can ski to the door. The staff were amazing, warm & friendly & couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed there with our 2 adult children (18 & 19) & they loved it also. It’s a great spot to spend the new year. We’ll be back!
