The room is warm and has everything I need, even disposable slippers. The staff is super-friendly. I had dinner in the hotel and it was delicious. The breakfast has rich variety of food. The hotel has private parking - very handy.

Its located at the center of Macugnaga and all the restaurants, stores and souvenir shops are beyond your reach ♥️ parking spaces even if its not for free but its all affordable and accessible ?

I cannot think of anything that i would not like in the property, everyone and everything is so perfectly nice and accommodating ♥️

Just incredible. The room was lovely and silent, bed was comfy, nice hot shower, the location was perfect and the breakfast.... AMAZING! Highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely worth it.

A breakfast is a bit strange - was supposed to be a buffet, but I was forced to ask the staff to bring specific food, that was not present on the table. They did not have eggs at all - no omelette, no fried eggs, no boiled ones. Till now I considered these as must for any hotel.but

Very cozy hotel situated in the town centre with great staff, tasty food and a relaxing atmosphere.The prettiest element has to be the balcony with the amazing view of Mount Rosa.The Staff is super friendly and always available to assist you with any issue.Nice breakfast with many foods and beverages to choose from and the possibility of having fresh cheese and cold cuts served to you at the table.The hotel was clean and overall I had and incredible experience and will be back for sure.Highly recommend!

Bed size a little too small for two people, we would fit in just right and moving around at night wasn't that easy.

We loved our stay here! On checking in, we received three discount coupons for different restaurants in the area. The room is spacious for three people and had a little balcony. We got our own bath slippers as well. Beds were very comfortable.The breakfast buffet was very extensive, there were even options of different 'super foods', such as chia seeds and goy berries.

Very good location for hiking trips in the Monte Rosa area.Perfect extensive breakfast.Friendly staff.

parking is a real problem even though the property states ‘free parking’. Moved the car 4 times in 24 hours to avoid a fine as a result

From the hotel you can make great walks. You can see the sun going down in the mountains. The village is nice, great restaurants. The hotel has arranged reductions. The staff is very kind. I would go there again.

The waitress was very kind, but she speaks only Italian, whick is strange for a young lady in 2021 in the hotel business.The rooms are good, but a bit outdated.
