Pros +
- Many facilities for kids, but we didnt use them cause we were traveling... The staff in the reception helped and were nice when needed
- Everything quite accessible and clean. Simply managed. Organic and earthen .
- We were not a fan of the place. It had potential but seems like it has been acting like a trailer park for a while
Cons -
- The apartments are tiny—like sardine cans. If one person wants to get to the fridge, the other has to move out into the living room. Everything is cramped, small, and very low-ceilinged.The shower was very clean, but terrible to use. The water temperature constantly shifted between scalding hot and freezing cold. It took around 20 minutes each time to find a lukewarm balance by carefully nudging the dial. This only happened in the evenings—mornings were fine. One night, we ran out of pasta and went to order a takeaway pasta dish from the restaurant. We received barely a quarter of a portion. It took 30 minutes to prepare, during which no one gave us any updates. It cost €7, for what it's worth.Should have a small grocery store (would expect it to be expansive) when the closest one is 20 minutes away.
- Only the food is a bit vegetarian and simple. Better offer clients other location takeaway
- Its a trailer park so you see people live there with their trailer among the huts.Very odd and not pleasant. You dont get much for the price, just a hut which is very very small, heating was not functioning well and had to be replaced a few times while we stayed. Stuff are not very helpful. I do not recommend, I stayed at much better and more beautiful places.

My best advise - Stay away
The place changed, its not luxury! its a trailer park. The place must have changed, because some people gave it a high score in the past that I cant understand. In the complex, you can find one path with the beautiful cabins like you see in the picture, but everything else around it, the entire huge place is full of trailers, and people that permenently live there. The place is false advertising many things.Seems like its a method. We choose a big room with fireplace- the fireplace turned out to be a fan, in the shape of a fireplace!!Pictures show a large room but in fact its tiny. The kitchen is very small. In addition they dont have basics like a pot, salt, and some oil for cooking like most places with kitchen will have. The pool that they advertise as part of the facilites - is not free at all and you need to pay extra for it.Sauna hits to lukewarm 65 degrees. Seriously!?Staff were not nice . They did not agree to shorten or cancell our booking even that they acknowlaged that they false advertised. They even said: "why didnt you call us directly instead of making the booking reservation, we could tell you that the fireplace is fake". Since when do you need to validate details that appear on bookings? This was a huge disappointment for us.Worst value for money. Some other facts that you may like or not - It is out there on the mountain, up a winding road about 7-10m drive from the next village. So there is no supermarket restaurant or anything next to it. You do get to see the beautiful stars at night.Parking is outside the complex, they provide a wheelbarrow to carry your suitcases. The rooms hits to 20 degree only. The hotel staff explained that this is the law in Italy.
It was clean for people with small children.
The pool area needs more maintenance and restaurant need new shef for sure . The food was old and sad
We loved being high up in the mountains. The air was so fresh. We had arrived after a long drive up through Italy and it was lovely to be able to relax in the swimming pool. Maurice looked after us very very well.
Mountains! Great hiking, great view from shared spaces, helpful staff, good cocktails, simple breakfast but OK for the price.
View blocked by caravan (=garden view?), shower not working correctly, bell at the gate cannot be reached from car.
Pretty location but far short of the photos. It's essentially a camping ground with some overpriced bungalows. I had another booking for the village below this site which was about half the price. I regret cancelling that booking. The bungalow beds were good. Firm mattresses.
There are no alternnative restaurants and the campsite restaurant is overpricred. Servings were small. We paid 15 euros for a pasta plate and a child size portion arrived. We were still hungry after an 80 euro meal. The pool is ok but costs extra. Other than the pool there is a table tennis table and a small kids playground. No other facilities.
The pool and wellness area were spotlessly clean . The site was very well kept and very peaceful.
Cabin stairs were awkward to climb.
The location is simply amazing, in the middles of the mountains and very close to many walking paths. The little houses were extremely cute and so was the restaurant and the terrace where to eat staring at the amazing view
A lot of ongoing works. The mix up of the little houses with the permanent caravans that were all messy and ugly. they should simply separate the two types of accomodations.Facilities were very basic (football/volleyball pitches). The "spa" was ok (just a simple pool) but it is extremely expensive and the ticket has two tiers: only only pool, one pool+sauna+whirpool although they are all in the same place. It simply makes no sense. They make you pay for anything that is not clearly included in the room.
The location was good and the staff was really friendly.
There were no mosquito nets on the windows, so we had to avoid airing the room.
The calm atmosphere, which is truly breathtaking, the quality of the air and the overall ambiance, friendliness of all the staff, caring and really welcoming… always in quest of the better experience of the hosts.
There is nothing bad to say about the DalaiLama village.
This place is a camping site, on the mountain, it's not very convenient for shopping and eating. But the landlord was very kind and provided me with everything I needed. Parking is very convenient because on the mountain, the starry sky is very beautiful. Living in a camping cabin, cooking some delicious food, and taking children to enjoy the starry sky, this experience is quite interesting.
But there are not many rooms by the mountain with beautiful views, and I couldn't stay there, so the experience of the surrounding scenery is relatively average. When I went, it was quite hot and I was a bit disappointed. The room was more suitable for camping enthusiasts.
Lovely modern lodge, very comfortable, well equipped and clean. The view is amazing and staff very friendly. We will definitely be back again!
Our stay was so good. People are very kind and gentle, the restaurant was excellent. The VIEW FROM OUR CHALET WAS AMAZING. At night it’s very enlightened.
Housekeeping. I found 2 socks of the last client in the drawer at our arrival, must be forgotten. The rest was good even the lobby restrooms are clean. The perfume in the lobby was very strong. Not all loves it.
The location is great, it has an amazing view. The rooms are nice, clean and well equipped.
The restaurant is a bit disorganized. We booked it for 9 people, but they had only 5 places. It took a while to correct the situation. The menu is far too limited, we don't recommend the restaurant.
It was absolutely beautiful, serene location. 360 degrees of breath taking views!
We were at shoulder season so good time and options were limited but still delicious and very kind people!
Beautiful location but very isolated from the village which means you are very dependant on the facilities there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The chalet are very small but well designed.
The description of the chalet we booked (Suite with Sauna) which should be 60sqm didnt feel that size - the place was small and all the beds were together in the same room - which also didnt come through from the pictures or room description. The restaurant food unfortunatly was average - not expensive - breakfast ok.
The location, the phantastic view, free parking, good wifi, very friendly staff, possibility to buy/order fresh bread to take out at the bar. Sunday morning friut/veggie market in the holiday village, the garden terrace, the many chairs to enjoy the view. Nice playground for younger kids. Mostly italian tourists (mid July). We would book again if we wanted to spend more time in the region.
The indoor pool costs extra, 13 EUR for an adult, 8 EUR for a child. Should be included or much cheaper for what it offers (detail: water should be 1 or 2 degrees warmer). The toilet in the mountain chalet is placed in the very corner so one has to squeeze in, while next to it there is endless space for the bidet, classic bad planning. The bed was rather hard. The restaurant is rather pricy.
We stayed 1 night and we felt very welcome and relaxed from first second! We view is spectacular! !!
the spa is not included in the price
