Pros +
- Very authentic alpine villa style, situated right in the Aosta Valley around 20min drive from Breul-Cervinia. Excellent place for relaxation as well as for practicing numerous outdoor activities. Great for couples.
- The breakfast was nice. And also the waiters were nice
- there is one problem with the owner
Cons -
- Due to the very short stay, did not have the chance to try the SPA and Pool facilities. Breakfast range of products/meals could be slightly more full,
- The owner. It’s such a terrible person. We were a group of friends and at the check-in the receptionist told us that if we want to eat dinner at their restaurant we have to inform them in advance so they would be prepared. We saw a little lounge area with a bar but it was closed. So we went to eat dinner at other restaurant. When we came back, we parked our cars in the garage and went to the lounge area were some of us where wainting for us. We had 3 cans of beers with ous. In the lounge there was a woman standing at a table, having a drink. When she saw the beers she told us that we are not allowed to drink beer inside, if we want we can drink it outside. We didn’t say anything, me and my friend went outside to finish our beer. Form outside we heard the lady yelling in Italian. Some of our friends which remained in the lounge told us that the lady was swearing and called us in many ways. They told her that they understand Italian. But she didn’t care. Se continued to swear. I think she was the owner(on nighttime she is the receptionist) and also drunked. She could have told us nicely that they don’t allow drinking beverages that are not from their bar instead of talking like that(if we knew that it was opened we wouldn’t come with beers, we presumed that the bar and the restaurant aren’t opened) definitely we don’t recomand this place
- A few days ago I was in Italy at this hotel, a very nice one but there is one problem with the owner of the hotel, she is crazy.I was with some friends and booked 4 rooms. We got there are 16:00 and wanted to eat at the hotel's restaurant because we were hungry and tired from the long trip. Someone at the reception told us that she didn't know if we can take dinner there because they didn't prepare anyhting. The receptionist said that we can eat at the restaurant the next day but we have to inform them to prepare the food. Everything was ok until then. We went in the city to eat and when we got back to the hotel our wives and kids went to the rooms and us, the men, parked the cars in the garage. We knew that the restaurant was closed so we took some beers from the supermarket. We took the elevator from the parking to get to the lobby where there was a bar and some tables with seats were out wives and kids were staying. In the corner there was a woman and a dog. We stopped near the table were our families were staying to tell them that we were going outside. Right of a sudden the woman (owner) got up and started yelling at us because we couldn't have drinks that were not bought from the hotel's bar. We were like "Okay, we are sorry" and went outside right after. From outside we were hearing swearing and screams. That lady was cussing of for more than 30 minutes (some examples: vaffanculo, stronzo). I think that we were the only ones at the hotel because she was screaming all over the hotel. Some of us were understanding what she was saying. When she found out that some of us knew what she was saying, she started yelling louder. We were too tired to leave the hotel, it was around 22:00, although, we should have left. I do not recommend this hotel with this crazy owner, one of the worst places that I've stayed at.

A big shout out to the owner Guia for her welcoming attitude. We were arriving by car and found a road closure so we arrived late in the evening, way past 9pm. We phoned up the office and they waited for us for dinner, which was a big relieve for us after a long day on the road. On top of that the location is amazing, food was great, staff just as much. All great!
First night we had some trouble sleeping because of mattress and pillows but seems like we gradually got used to them in the following nights. Your mileage may vary. Otherwise nothing! Really good place.
quiet, very cozy great staff, nice room
they charged me for the SPA without notice pool was cold
Beautiful location!
Pool was not open except for a small period in the evening. Too early for the night I arrived and too late the day I left.
There was a pool (heated) and dry/wet sauna. We booked a massage and it was awesome, too. We had our dog with us and she was able to run all over the back of the property which after being in Milan and on leash.. she was loving. The view of the mountains was amazing.
The guests used the stairs in the morning to leave, and they were loud, but there's nothing the hotel could have done to make that any different. The main course for dinner wasn't our favorite either of the nights, but that's personal preference. The waitstaff was lovely and on our last night the fire was lit in the fireplace and that was beautiful.
It was a great hospitality every thing was amazing : The location is perfect The owner Juya is wonderful The food was excellent
We like every thing
We are two vegetarian guys and the staff provide us a very good menu ad hoc!
The staff are the most rude and appreciative stuff that we've come across in any hotelWhen checking in they just ignore you. You ask if it's possible to have food in the restaurant it is full next morning down for breakfast. Italian two waiters are sat there having a coffee clearly. Do not want to deal with you and start talking Italian behind your back unfortunately for them, I understand Italian, so I had an argument with them because they were rude , and they would not shut up after they realised that I spoke ItalianUpon check out, the woman just wanted us to leave as fast as possible. Not a thank you not a goodbye. Nothing one of the worst places I've stayed at and I stay in hotels every week around the planet.
Definitely not the staff we don't know about the property. We were never told about the pool. We were never told about anything upon arrival. There was a bar but at no point in time is there any possibility of ordering anything from it?
The woman in reception, the view and the rooms with lovely interior and balcony
The service of the breakfast personnel (eg we were told there would be savoury breakfast during check in and the men laughed at us when we asked for it, they could not make omelettes only scrambled, I had an insect in my scrambled egg and we could not comunícate around it, e.g they could have asked the woman in reception for support to answer our questions if they don’t know English)
Staff so kind, vegan and gluten free options and beautiful garden
fantastic location, beautiful setting, weel equipped rooms.
staff has to be trained in what real hospitality means. here the hotel can make a huge improvement. its about friendliness, giving a guest the real feeling that he is welcome. that was what is missing here
the lady at reception (maybe owner?) was amazing. she made everything possible and with no fuss at all. she was really helpful with every request.the sauna and pool were also great after a day out.
the restaurant was so so, and the morning waiters were strict (eg the restaurant is facing the beautiful mountain, but they insisted on seating us at the back of the restaurant due to our number, instead off allowing us to enjoy the view and scenery).
Everything was absolutely wonderful. Modern, renovated hotel. The staff was lovely and catered to all our needs. We especially loved the food which was rich and abundant! The views were breathtaking! Definitely returning!
The beds were quite hard but then the staff went out of their way to get extra padding as all the rooms were booked up during the holidays. Very much appreciated. There was some dust on some furniture.
We had a great stay at Maison Tissiere. Staff was exeptionally helpful and attentive. Hotel is furnished to make you feel cosy with opportunity to experience Italian character. Dinners had 4 courses with great variety and very tastefull. I would rank hotel and service 4 stars instead of 3!!
Amazing place with extremely nice people. Our small dog was absolutely happy as well because Hotel staff took care of her when we went out to ski! This is one of the truly best experiences of hotels in my life! loved it

Our visit was really a pleasant surprise. The room was big with a great view to the alps. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good and kitchen will prepare omelets and pancakes etc. We will come to place again.
Great location to discover the upper valley. Nice pool and outdoor chill area.
