Nice and decent place very friendly and helpful staff

Somehow there wasn't toilet paper in the bathroom when we entered the room but the issue was solved immediately

Pet friendly and staff were wonderful! Close to everything we wanted to see, my kids had such a great time running around, it's quiet and clean and we will definitely be coming back

Lack of towels in the room but the minute we asked for more, they brought so really nothing to complain about!

Nothing just a little change in the Beds design

This Hotel is in one of the most gorgeous locations in Israel, either swimming in the pool or eating breakfast outside, you overlook beautiful scenery. Really nothing can beat the location, amazing and friendly staff and great value for the money.

I enjoyed the modern clean rooms and kind staff.

Recently renovated, clean and comfortable. Great value and excellent breakfast spread hosted by Orit.

We got in after hours and there was a mix up with the rooms but it was quickly resolved

We didn't have a problem checking in even at late night and our experienced exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was also great and the staff are pretty nice and approachable with smiles on their faces? They gave us best options where to hike/go near the area. Highly recommend!

The place view is very nice!! but The is no water in the rooms and there’s no shampoo and also the is no shoeless the breakfast isn’t good enough also we were 6 and the breakfast wasn’t good enough (the milk was expired), the food room smell not very well, there is nothing to do there when it’s winter.

- The host was very attentive and helpful and talked to us before we arrived.- Our room was ready before the check-in time - from the morning of arrival.- Breakfast was great.- A lot of parking.- Tasty restaurants nearby.- We were invited by the host to a Christmas Lights trip to Mi'ilia village and we enjoyed it a lot.

Wi-Fi is working only at breakfast/reception area

The hotel was located in nature, close to a few nice family freidnly hikes. There are quite a few good restaurants walking distance as well as in the neighboring communities. The breakfast was good and diverse and the staff was extremely helpful with all of our questions. Mazi the manager was especially nice. The hotel is also pet friendly and has plenty of parking. Wifi was good too and in the rooms.

The beds could be more comfortable other dining room and the shower was the type that floods the bathroom. Because it was the holidays the place was full of children that were extremely noisy from early in the morning. Our room was right on top of the dining room which was especially noisy.

The hosts were good. The breakfast nice.

The level is not of a hotel. It is of a guesthouse. Hence it is too expensive.

Hospitality, and attitude of the staff – always there to help and advice on trails and routs in the area.Paying a lot of attention to the visitors, especially Michal that is ready to assist with anything you need and always with a smile.Breakfast is awesome with large selection of fresh vegetables , local salads and cheese, as well as olives herbs spreads , breads , and a good coffee.

Rooms are a bit old and wouldn’t harm them some renovation

Good location, nice welcome, a fair breakfast.Hotel staff was very responsive and helped.

The bed (which is 2 single beds) always got separated and that was annoying, the window blind did not work, the bathroom was smelly and got flooded with water after showers, the dining room for the breakfast was small and full with little noisy children, less suitable for couples.

It’s a simple travelling hotel, but the staff is just wonderful especially Michal, trying to help you to plan your best trek in the area, the breakfast is huge, fresh , tasty and again Michal is there to serve you. It’s peaceful location in the Kibbutz just near the border with Lebanon

Wasn't really clean. Rooms are very basic, looks better on the website then on reality.

Bad

the hotel tried to double book our room, my daughter didn't feel well and i asked to cancel. my request was declined (no refund or other option) and i went to the doctor to make sure we're safe to go, once i got the thumb up from the doctor i called to say I want to come they said they already sold the room to a different person, still no refund possible. fortunately, i was able to postpone the vacation and found available rooms but.didn't clean the room before our arrival, bathroom and shower were very dirty.

Great place, they have an awesome swimming pool. The breakfast was very good. The place's owner gave us great recommendations of where to travel. Highly recommend.
