Hotel Marina Club

This hotel is extremely beautiful and made our winter time very magical. The environment is very relaxing , the outside warm mini pool was great, we enjoyed all the 3 different saunas they have and we thought the breakfast was outstanding. We also tried the restaurant once for dinner and it didn't disappoint. The wild mushroom soup was very good.We traveled without kids but we could see How all the little ones enjoyed the place very much, its very family friendly without losing the sofisticated, elegant and relaxing touch. We found it romantic, intimate, well decorated and cozy. We would recommend and come back.The bed was comfortable and the balcony charming. The room cleaning was excellent.

The wi-fi was somewhat unstable/not strong enough as we are used to When we travel, and the pillows could have been a bit puffier, they seemed very thin. Also the water pressure of the shower was fine but weak. Our stay was excellent anyway, but fixing these little details would elevate the experience significantly.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s ambience and overall design are stunning — the lobby and the bar in the main hall are particularly impressive. There’s a lovely small library room, a cigar room, and several cosy seating areas that make the hotel feel warm and inviting.One of the best aspects of the hotel is the thoughtful adults-only concept: there are designated adults-only areas in the restaurant as well as adults-only rooms. The pool area is also reserved exclusively for adults from 20:00 to 22:00, which was absolutely fantastic.The spa experience was excellent, with highly professional and attentive staff.

Breakfast could be improved. While the variety of items is acceptable, it does not fully meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. Having a dedicated area with a chef preparing omelettes, or offering to take omelette orders directly at the table, would significantly enhance the experience. Overall, breakfast is fine, but there is clearly room for improvement.

not allowed for the kids to use the gym or the sauna! It would be nicer if they can with the supervision of their parents.

If you don’t want to, you never need to leave the hotel. Everything is available onsite - relaxation, entertainment, dining, and sports facilities. The location itself is fabulous, surrounded only by the beautiful lake, which makes it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy.

Only info about renting the boats is done by external company would be great. We wanted to rent canoe, but we could not, because company was not reachable, however I did not give any notice

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surroundings, and the breakfast was varied and of very good quality. The food in general was tasty, and the service throughout my stay was friendly and attentive. The spa and pool facilities were truly outstanding - a real highlight of the experience.That being said, I feel that for a 5-star property, there is some room for improvement in terms of attention to detail. In particular, I was very surprised to see guests allowed into the restaurant directly after workouts, wearing yoga shorts and just sports bras, still sweating. While I understand the relaxed atmosphere, this is something that should not be acceptable in a hotel of this caliber. Small details like these are what distinguish a true 5-star experience, and addressing them would elevate the overall standard even further.Overall, a very enjoyable stay with many positives, and with a bit more focus on these finer details, it could be exceptional.

Everything was just perfect: spacious room, comfortable bed, breathtaking view over the lake from the balcony and tasty breakfast and dinner. We loved comfy rest areas, especially quiet zones and also enjoyed cocktails in the bar. Spa zone and pools are good too (though could be bigger as for a 5* hotel). Hotel is located in a beautiful place where you can take peaceful walks in the forest and along the lake.Special thanks to all the hotel staff - reception, waiters, barmen, cleaning ladies - whose hospitality and friendly attitude makes this place the one you want to return to ?❤️

Overall nothing- everything was good. I would say the only thing the hotel can improve is cleanliness

Breakfast, pool, water activities

Family with extremely loud small kids running in corridors until 1:00am. This is a family resort and the hotel is not responsible for the education of the kids. But since many parents are letting kids run super late and yell across the floors, then they should have security walking and asking the families to be less loud.

The check in was easy, the location is beautiful. The pools are great (during adult-only hours), the restaurant on site is also pleasant. Overall the stay was nice and you can do a lot of outdoor activities in the warmer months in the area as well.

This is a great hotel for people with children (there are a lot of amenities for kids). This hotel is not so great for people who would like a romantic, quiet retreat or just a lone quiet trip. While the facilities are great and the hotel is clean and tries to create areas that are child-free and even pool hours for adults only, the hotel is still typically filled with screaming kids at the restaurant, common areas, and pool area throughout most of the day.

Overall experience was great, amazing food/breakfast, great location, decent rooms, cleanliness.

The size of the facilities such as spa, swimming pool, sauna and gym are actually quite small, but sufficient when it is not so busy.

The stay was really worth it's value. First thing which comes to my mind is staff's behaviour - all of them were truly helpful and opened to client's needs. I only noticed smiles on their faces and it is a rarity nowadays. I had breakfasts with dinner and frankly speaking food meet my exceptations - I recommend to pick half board option for stay. Facilities amd attactions were various and there were low chances to get bored at the hotel. Outside the hotel was an amazing green space to take a walk. Hotel Marina Club is a good choice both for couples and parents with children.

Rooms are big and clean, a lot of things to do. Great chill room with bowling and PS. It’s a great place to slow down and enjoy the nature.

I guess it’s mostly family hotel. A lot of kids and people in general, even though we visited during low season. I didn’t like the restaurant. High prices, average food, low service. The pool is big, but not deep at all.

The sofa bed for kids is really small, more like for 1 child and they don’t have any extra bank beds that can be added to the room.

Everything was at high level there:One of the best wellness area’s I have been in Poland - jacuzzi, swimming pool, outside pool water temperature is great! Many place for everyone. Nice sauna.Nice outside facilities - you can have a walk in nature, lake near the hotel.The breakfast was excellent.The staff is really helpful. There is no problems with parking.Really recommended place!

Amazing location near the lake! Wellness area is beautiful and cozy. Also, the breakfast buffet was great: huge variety and different options every day. One of the best we had in a long time.

Very crowded with kids running around and screaming in the wellness area on a Saturday - but that's not the hotel's fault, of course. But what we really didn't like was the a la carte dinner in the hotel. In our opinion mediocre food and overpriced. Also, buffet was too expensive.

Excellent hotel, I'm staying there for the second time. It's a great space with amazing nature and comfortable spacious spa. The food options are great too.This time I've booked the accommodation with dinner included -- I highly recommend it, it saves a lot of money instead of ordering a la carte and you get access to amazing buffet.
