The pool area was very nice, high variety of pools, just I didn't like that in the kids' pool the water was cold. Very few people in weekdays. A lot of lifeguards. Although the building itself is quite old, everything is maintained and very clean. In the room, we only didn't like the pillows, they were huge in size but very soft and kind of impossible to sleep on. Kids room is very spacious. Food is ok, nothing special, pretty repetitive each day. The building is very huge, we went around and found so many places (were not open) like bowling, arcade room, etc. Probably it was very popular in the 90s-00s. The highlight for me was a live piano music in the evening, just a pity that very few people sit down and enjoy with a glass of preferred drink. Also we had a little walk in the evening in the outside area which looked super spacious, I just imagine how busy and nice it is in summer time.

We didn't have dinner included and asked how much it would be, so it is 120 zloty per person (60 zloty for kid) which is super expensive based on what they offer. In general although it was a very nice stay but the price is still high.

The rude staff, no internet, no parking, gossip girls in reception.

Nothing. It's very bad experience, very bad service and place.

1. No parking!!! Be careful and be aware, if you want to park in private parking lot- you will pay a lot of money. 2. No internet in some rooms. We had to change our room because of that. 3. The staff in reception is rude, unpleasant. The girls in left side of reception gossip about you!!! - disgusting ? They promised us a free meal for children, but finally didn't get it.4. DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE!!

Very big place with broad offer

Huge hotel, third time for me. It would need refurbishment as nothing was done in last 20years.Quite expensive for the offer

This hotel internal is dated and requires rennovate. Its not a bad hotel but you just cant ignore its old. Its huge and mostly serves families as it has kids attractions. Breakfast and dinner surprisingly were not bad consider the huge size of the hotel and number of guests in especially during the weekend

The carpets, the furnitures, the bed covers, the internal design. All of it needs maintenance and new design

No single room,for one person,dead flies, spiders by the jacuzzi:(No robes, slippers.cleanliness does not match 4 stars.

Very bad experience. It's probably the most expensive hotel I've stayed, but the worst experience.I ordered breakfast and lunch, but I wrote to them that I'm going to be in the hotel at 23:00. When I arrived, they said that I missed my lunch. And we had plans to go to the aqua park the next day, but they said we can only go till 12:00, if we would like to be there any longer we have to pay more with each hour. But I called them week before the trip and asked them all these questions and they said that if we stay at the hotel we can be there the whole day. Very disappointed.

None. Ok, the view was bad. Almost empty hotel, not sure why we got rooms with view to the wall.

spa and size of the room

we booked via booking.com and received room with view into restaurants. hotel wasn’t full and we could have received the room withbetter view ! during 3 days we had not seen single management hotel doesn’t provide any leaflets what is happening in the area. not single directions were given to us - even at the spa we had discovered more wet / dry saunas deeper insideon the second day ! bicycle could be rented only from 8-4 pm only however cross cross the street is a better bike rental place. better customer service is needed at this level food was ok but flies were flying on the food in themorning which I find not acceptable.

The food was the best part of the stay. Lots of choices and variety. Plenty of space for it. A few attractions are available on site for kids.

Supposedly a 4 star hotel with NO Air Conditioning. Not cheap either by Polish standards. The state of the property shows it's age, the waterpark is old and the floors are very slippery. Lots of bird nets near the soffits in all areas of the property. Ultra loud landscaping during the day. "Free Parking" Consists of maybe 20 spaces in the front of the property and a paid parking lot for 50zl per day is excessive for a "4 Star" Hotel/Resort. The beach behind the hotel is not utilized, no outdoor bar was available byt the dock/beach even though it was advertised. You were charged extra for bathrobes ... why? External pools not treated so even on a hot day the water was freezing.

No air conditioning!!!! No separation of smoking or non smoking guests!!! Paying for a car park is a rip off!!! The hotel needs a renovation! The pool water too cold to swimm in!

No Air conditioning, only air blowing that does not cool the room at all, no free parking, it cost 50 zlt per day for everyone unless you are lucky to be one of the 20-30 cars that can park 'free', good luck finding one.

Good size rooms. Great location. Fantastic food. Lots to do.

It would have been nice to have had air-con; weather was hot and it was a little uncomfortable at night. And I really wish staff would smile....they don't. There has to be a holiday atmosphere and guests' mood starts with the first greeting.........

Beautiful property with amazing amenities. The Tropicana pool had amazing therapeutic saunas and a salt room. Very enjoyable! The buffet is excellent and I highly recommend including full board. Facilities are in good condition for the age. 15 min walk to the main center of town with shops and restaurants. Great location!

The place was very busy and long line ups everywhere. English is minimal from staff or brochures. Everything seems to be in Polish which is understandable, but it is difficult to communicate without a polish translator. Air conditioner was not powerful enough for the room and it was quite hot in the room.

The rooms are clean, the serviss is excellent, the kitchen is excellent! The water park is c hilf friendly!
