There is no lift

Atmosphere was very good, food during the breakfast was excellent with various types of deserts. What is more the room was tidy and perfectly set up for us.

There was only one minus - it was not very hot water in the pool

- location of the hotel (quiet but very close to the center)- size of the room (very spacious)- very nice bathrooms with daylight- breakfast - very good selection

- this is personal preference - but for us the beds were really soft- the swimming pool would deserve some refresh - we would appreciate the description of the food at the breakfast - at least - vegetarian/vegan (but staff is really helpful)

Exceptional view of the lake from our window;, clean room; comfortable bed (except for the pillows); good location to get around. Being able to arrange a massage at the last minute was nice. The masseuse was very good! The breakfast was exceptional! Great variety of foods to sample. Plenty to make anyone full!We would stay here again.

Everything was super, except for the small pillows on the beds.

Swimming pool was quite small. and Changeroom was not really well organized.There were no lockers but hangers only. Howeven it was only 4~5.

The biggest letdown was very cold water in outside swimming pool, but still we use this was okay once to get used to it. Part of that nothing else.

It has a very good location, excellent breakfast, and very good pools (outdoor and indoor)

Upon arrival, we found the room was faulty; the roof window in the bedroom couldn't close. The staff needed to be more cooperative; we were moved to a much smaller room and the next day to an apartment but not with a lake view. Hot water is problematic; you must wait 5-10 minutes before hot water is in the shower, and the water stream could be better. No body lotion in a boutique hotel? outrageous

The hotel is right across the street from the lake with a beautiful view of the town across the lake. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Just having to carry two 50 lb suitcases up the stairs. An elevator would have been nice.

Great location with view on Mikolaji center. Room was very nice, breakfasts was great. Hotel is pet friendly. Walkable distance to city center and amazing view to lake. I picked this hotel for my birthday stay and don't regret it.

I booked room for 2 adults and 1 kid, somehow reservation didn't had information about kid. Situation was solved fast and professionally.

Absolutely fabulous hotel! The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The view over the lake from our the room was beautiful. Beds and linen are comfortable. Free wi-fi works well. The breakfast is 5 star level with a lot of variety and delicious tastes. Hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also spa, swimming pool etc. available for quests to use. Free parking for the car in front of the hotel. Location is quiet but still near everything. Would definitely stay again!

The staff was great; rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed and clean with the view at lake Mikołajskie. The hotel is not far from town but away from the hassle and bustle of it so you can enjoy the nature too. There’s a mooring space for the boats just across the street. The breakfast is very nice with good variety of fresh food. I loved their poached eggs!

I understand it’s a very particular thing and majority of people wouldn’t care much about it but I wish they had some free weights in the gym.
