Very disappointed.

I was very very disappointed when I ask an empty glass with ice and the waiter refuse to give us, we have ordered lunch in this motel we have spend a night in this property and when we ask a glass with ice the staff refuse to give us. How much does ice cost.

Staff made my visit feel so bad! Very rude and ignorant. Room very small, hard to even walk in it. Bad smell. Unbelievably bad management at the restaurant, you need at least 20 minutes until someone generously takes your order, then you will need 40-60 min until your order gets to your table. Unwelcoming staff all they say is wait wait although operation was not that high comparing the time they take. Went there 3 times, the third time i just couldn’t stand the waiting time until someone takes my order so I just took off.

The location makes up for everything else. The room is small, basically just fits a bed and there's a small bathroom. Great balcony and view. No mini fridge in the room. Restaurant is good but the staff is rude and you wait a long time for food. The included breakfast was simple but really good.

Motel Plaza in Jajce is a superior place to stay! The location is excellent — just steps from the beautiful river and close to the main attractions. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. The staff were professional and welcoming, always ready to help. Everything about this place feels well cared for. A perfect base for exploring Jajce — highly recommended!

Outdated and it was not very clean, especially bathroom, bed was comfortable and clean.

Great location and lake view

Very small room , booking showing its 20m square but indeed its like 10m square literally so small.Wifi couldn’t reach to the room.Some of the staff are rude.Literally zero sound prof , you can hear everything from neighbours and even reception down below and sound of glasses from the restaurant.

We spent two days. Bad smell in bathroom, weak wi fi. Unresolved issues.

Close to the Lake.

The room is not clean, so many hair in the floor of the bathroom, Spiders everywhere in the room , the tv not working, No shampoo in the bathroom, No fridge in the room , Everything you touch in the room is broken! , everyone from outside can see you about the window

Area next to the lake was quite fine, easy to find. Nothing else.

Dirty room, long black hair everywhere, dust on the wardrobe, shower with dirt between the tiles. I could continue.

Nice Motel on the lake shore. Is also good the restaurant that we tried for the dinner

the place is really beautiful, right on the lake. The room looks nice and comfortable. the parking lot is quite big (and free).

They could use some work on customer care, but maybe it was a language barrier... In the morning they played loud music from the patio (where the restaurant is) and our room was right on top of it. We wanted to enjoy the sunrise in the peace of nature, but it was all spoiled by the radio in the background. During breakfast, we also asked them to turn it a bit down (again, it was very loud), and they completely ignored us. Also, the view from the balcony is not really as portrayed in the photos, because the roof of the restaurant if quite big and it does ruin the scenery (which was the main reason why we booked the room, so we were a bit disappointed). Also they were not at all clear about how to rent the boat (prices etc.).
