Perfect location, helpful friendly staff, clean well decorated rooms, restaurant was excellent; so good at breakfast we went back for dinner, relaxing bar where we enjoyed a complimentary drink.

The hotel was very stylish with modern design, comfortable and the location was ideal for exploring city.

The personnel, at the reception, are quite disappointing. Lack of interest to serve people correctly; except for the manager/director.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was thoughtful and comfortable. I loved the Junior suite. This hotel makes a stay in Porto so easy and pleasant. Staff were so fantastic - friendly and helpful. It’s a hotel I would return to time and time again when staying in Porto.

This is an issue that’s probably particular to me but in February, I thought the rooms were kept a bit warm. I kept my windows open the entire time.

The choice at breakfast was very good but the hot food was lukewarm. Pastries, fruit etc very fresh and an excellent choice

Hot food was only lukewarm and the serving spoon for the needed changing more often as was constantly covered in cold scrambled egg

Location was good, close to most attractions. The room was large and spacious with modern features

Mini bar and needing to pay a euro for it knowing I’m not going to use it. Would rather have a fridge to store milk as this would entice family stays with babies to toddlers.

We liked a lot the double bed, the breakfast, the service agents at the reception, at the breakfast and at the restaurant/bar.

The hotel is beautifully designed and the room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend this for the solo female traveler - I felt very safe and comfortable during my whole stay. The staff were very hospitable and kind and gave me suggestions on where to go. Such a beautiful place!

The breakfast is too expensive so did not opt for this.

Breakfast was excellent. I really loved the setup — beautifully presented, very tidy, and offering a wide variety of options.

We loved everything. The staff was really professional and willing to guest us at the best and to offer us an amazing stay. It was the birthday of my wife, and i informed them about this special celebration and the staff arranged a lovely small cake with a candle to enjoy it in the room, and this was offered by the hotel! They upgraded our room with a suite and this was free of charge as well. Of course, the suite was perfect, but our feeling and experience are that the good standing was valid not only for the suite received, but for all the other facilities managed by them too. The hotel is very clean, with light and natural (tortora) colours used in all the fornitures. The breakfast room was very nice and the breakfast was international and Portuguese proposals.There is also a restaurant in the hotel named Basilico that proposes italian foods. Well i am italian, we tested it for a dinner and, as done live, i am here to mark my compliments to the chef. We took 2 delicious risotto: they were really well done. I need to name the location as well: this is a perfect stay to visit the city center. I want to mark that my wife loved the products used in the bathroom (Rituals). To keep it short, if you need to visit Porto, do not loose your time and book a room in this hotel.
