Great location, loved the literary theme. Great cafe downstairs.

Creaky floors. Weird floor plan.

This is the most beautifully decorated hotel I¿ve ever stayed in! The service was beyond exceptional. We had a couples massage which was lovely. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and good but the lease impressive aspect. Overall our stay was amazing!

The room was very hot even with the AC turned all the way up and we tried to call for a fan but no one brought one. Also the Wi-Fi doesn¿t work well in the lobby

Torel Palace Porto is an exceptional property. The reception and restaurant staff were gracious and helpful. The property is in a lovely area - very walkable, with many nice restaurants nearby. Our room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. The breakfast was over the top delicious! The small restaurant/cafe on the mail level is charming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and would love to stay there again.

An amazing experience fromThe moment we walked in the door. FromThe friendly staff, welcome aperitif, car parking service and hotel tour it could not be a more positive arrival. The interior is beautiful and the roomsAre pristine- more treats waiting upon arrival to the room. They helped us find a lastMinute dinner reservation at an amazing place with an incredible view - miraculously at the start of Sao Joao when the city was packed with people and energy. We had an early flight out the next morning and they sent us off with packed breakfast. It got us most of the way home.

The air conditioning was not great and the room was quite warm. The design with the bathroom location and the mirrored door I did not enjoy. I also did not enjoy the old key as it was difficult to maneuver.

Beautiful property in the heart of Porto, offering excellent food and outstanding service. Each suite is unique. Highly recommended for the discerning traveler.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a large selection of good quality produce, from pastries, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit etc, and also a hot breakfast selection. Our room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfy. Hotel was spotlessly clean and beautiful.

The shower didn’t have much power, and took a long while to heat up.

Very accomodating and nice staff. Beautiful place, in very good location. Valet service & parking, if you have some car. Tasty breakfast.
