Great location, super comfy beds and pillows.

The phone in my room wasn't working. I had to go down to reception four times before it was sorted. Other than that, an excellent stay.

The best hotel during my trip. Good service, good location, good view. Will go back again :)

Not particularly well maintained with obvious mould growth in the bathroom, shelf in shower about to fall off. They also don’t provide shampoo. Unfortunately housekeeping also left a used towel hanging in our bathroom when we checked in. Our air conditioning did not work which main the room stuffy throughout the night but staff were kind to provide a fan for air flow.

Newly renovated historic hotel with large and comfortable bedroom, crispy linens and large bathroom and superb shower. Great breakfast options with made to order eggs and delicious pastries and cappuccino. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful us with reservations and suggestions.

Parking situation wasnt made clear when booking. Staff were slow to reply when we tried to clarify which created a bad first impression. It was further hampered by a fire alarm early in the morning which took an age for them to disable.

The location was perfect—close to the river, the old part of the city, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Breakfast was excellent, offering everything you would expect. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive and really stole the show. The hotel is situated perfectly to walk to the water within minutes. There are bus and trolley stops very convenient to help you get to other parts of the city. The room was beautifully appointed with thoughtful conveniences and touches. The breakfasts were lovely along with the generous welcome drink.

The property is in a superb location. Old historic Porto. Access to great restaurants, historic sites and quick walk

Great location, we had a room facing the river, great soundproof windows, very comfy beds, beddings were heaven, good breakfast, but the same every day. overall we loved all and truly enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed at Exmo Hotel in Porto for three nights and honestly, it was perfect from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Ribeira, close to all the lively restaurants and bars, but with double glazing the room was very quiet to get a great night’s sleep. It’s also within easy walking distance of both the train station and the Gaia side across the river, so we could explore everywhere on foot.The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated — boutique in style. Our room was small but perfectly designed, with everything we needed: a comfy bed, great air conditioning, a fridge, plenty of fresh water each day, and Netflix on the TV. The bathroom was immaculate and the view over the city was lovely.The staff were amazing — genuinely warm, friendly, and couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of choice.It’s clear that a lot of care goes into every detail here - highly recommended and we would definitely love to come back.
