Rafael was helpfull and friendly. Breakfast lady was communicative far more than receptionist lady and even helped me with suggesting few places to visit,which I did.

Firstly, this did not feel like a 4 star hotel. I don't recommend this chain of hotels and surely won't be back.If you want to use sauna - you have to pay extra. First time I experienced that.Receptionist lady was unwelcoming and with attitude. I understand we all have bad days but when u work at the reception ,you should give off welcoming vibe and be helpfull.Bathroom sink in my room was clogged so couldn't even wash hands properly and when I pointed it out to the receptionist lady, she rolled her eyes and nothing was fixed in 2 days i stayed there. I asked to see a different room and she just said its not possible at the moment and never mentioned it later on.Rooms have no carpeting, so the floor is freezing cold,felt super uncomfortable, like walking barefoot on ice.Gym is literaly so small you cant even turn around. Hotel was EMPTY,in 2 days I literally saw only was 1 guest.I would give it a lower grade but they let me have chips from minibar for free to silence me.?

Modern rooms with Smart TV and lots of outlets. Well lit. Spacious. Very good breakfast! Staff helpful and accommodating.

Check-in experience was stressful: a 12-year-old is apparently an adult, and they made us wait an hour while debating whether my niece could stay in a family room with her parents. Room has a queen and 2 bunk beds.They initially refused to refund us even though we were willing to find another hotel.Eventually they allowed her as a child, but the whole process was mishandled and stressful when arriving tired and hungry.Family room is quite small for 4 - under 300 sq ft, so space feels tight.Bathroom design is poor: shower water leaks onto the entire bathroom floor no matter what you do.

The staff were SO friendly and helpful. They were able to check us in early, made our check in/check out experience easy and answered all of our questions. The breakfast was pretty good for a continental breakfast as well! Rooms and hotel were nice and updated.

The water in shower was never a comfortable temperature. It was either so hot that it was burning me or it was freezing cold. The temperature would also change without me touching the knob.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful, providing great tips on places to visit and things to do. I have nothing to complain about.

Wonderful hotel. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice, friendly and professional. The location was excellent. Easy to move around to many places of interest.Rooms were made daily and got fresh towels every day.

It was very hard to maintain the water in the shower at the right temperature. It was extremely hot and could not get a medium point .

Everything! Rooms are ample and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is superb!

Outdoor pool area needed landscape debris cleaned up the entire stay. Street buildings and area is like most of Porto. Half renovated, half decay.

All the staff were amazing -so kind and helpful! We would especially like to recognize Tiago at the front desk who helped us so many times and Anna for a great restaurant recommendation!The rooms were very clean and comfortable and a great size. The location was also wonderful!

Nice rooms, nice pool, sauna. Location is a plus. Restaurants a block away.

We love all of the Catalonia hotels we've stayed at so far. This is our 4th in 3 different countries. The staff is attentive and personable. Their breakfast is always wonderful, too. Thank you again Catalonia!

A bit challenging to temporarily park the car to load and unload luggage, it's on a busy and small corner. But it's manageable.

The 200€ deposit fee - that has yet to be returned to my account after I was assured it would take one hour at most
