    • Good location, close to city centre, clean and cosy rooms, nice breakfast
    • A decent breakfast to start the day and very close to the metro for getting around the cityAlso not a long way to the centre by footVery handy

    Cons -

    • breakfast could use more fresh veggies...I am not a carb heavy a.m. person ;)

    • I did not like that I had to pay to stay in the same room. I would have thought this would save time and expense on the part of the hotel to have us stay in the same room. We booked two additional nights to our already reserved rooms. When we requested to stay in the same room so as not to repack our belongings (which were a lot since we were doing the Camino), they said only if we paid extra. We did and that did not sit well with us.

Very clean and comfortable room, friendly staff. There is a metro station very close to the hotel.

Good but could have been better. The coffee machine was not working. The workers were too busy to come out and service it.

Very nice location, clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice

Nice shower, good bed. Sympathetic receptionists. Supermarket and metro very close.

Towels and bedsheet were stained with what seemed like black fingerprints. One day, they forgot to put full sized towels in the room. They also did not replace used and dirty cups. Old furniture that needs replacing, as it is showing signs of usage

The staff was very accommodating. The room was nice and the breakfast OK.

Location was OK. It took awhile to find a good place for dinner.

    - Despite the limited variety in breakfast choice & limited space, it was actually tasty & comfortable (breakfast was included in room price)- Clean room, spacious enough- Very close to metro station, we did not have to carry our luggage too much (which can get unconvenient in Porto's Streets); we used metro to move around the city- Fridge available in the room

    - The shower gel had a horrible smell ("old syle" scent, but very strange for us)- Upon our arrival, it seemed no one was available to receive us, we waited a bit to have someone check us in

Great location, staff and hotel. Clean comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent and varied, and the reception team was very helpful.20 minute walk to Trinidad underground station (main link to whole network). 25 minute walk to river.

    Comfortable, quiet, nice hotel

During breakfast, they once didn't have anything ready, but overall okay

Stuff was very helpful ✨??Clean room and good location ✨?

Water in bathroom wasn’t as warm as it must be

    7NagyPosted on: 4-7-2025

The breakfast was quite good, there was a wide selection of baked goods. The whole hotel (room, bathrooms, hall) was really clean and the staff was always helpful. But why we choose this hotel, it's because of the location.

There was a wide selecion of baked goods for breakfast, but the selection of other type of foods was quite small. Unfortunately the weather was rainy and cold and besides there wasn't option to turn up the heating in the hotel. So we slept with double blanket and we needed to clothe up with warm clothes, so we didn't feel very comfortable.

Clean, nice hotel. Breakfast is a bit poor, no parking space.

    10PoppyPosted on: 4-2-2025

The staff at this hotel were so friendly, I ordered a takeaway on one of the nights and this accidentally spilled all over the carpet- I felt awful but the staff cleaned this up with no complaints! Great hospitality. Clean rooms and very near to the city centre (all walking distance), also close to one of the main metro stations if you are doing the Camino it is ideal.

Breakfast was good. Room clean and comfortable. A 3 star hotel

The hotel was further away from downtown and the river than o thought when booking it.

Excellent location, short walk or 1 metro station from city centre (Trindade).Good breakfast, very helpful staff, space in lobby to watch TV if we wished.Patusco restaurant nearby very good value for lunch or dinner.

Room a little cramped but did have everything necessary and was very clean.

I truly appreciate the exceptional hospitality and the effort your team puts into making guests feel welcome. My stay was absolutely wonderful, and I’m grateful for the outstanding service, comfort, and amazing breakfast. It’s quite close to the city center and there’s metro 2/3min away from the hotel.

The water was cold in the morning so it’s best to wake-up really early if you can’t take cold showers like me!
