10/10 rating for cleanliness, excellent! I am so impressed. It?s flawless. Staffs are very friendly, offered us port wine to taste on our arrival. Staffs are very welcoming, warm and affectionate. For the win, breakfast is amazing good food.

Very friendly. Nice rooms, great breakfast

The baggage handlers were very good. I stayed in two different types of rooms, the queen room with street view and the queen suite with street view. Both rooms were adequate and noise free. The front desk staff were good.

The housekeeping staff was inconsistent in cleaning the rooms. On both rooms the carpet had NOT been vacuumed prior to my arrival. The hot water pot and the accompanying coffee/tea tray was not restocked each day. Very inconsistent.

Everyone was so helpful and arranged things for my stay..being in a foreign company, this was so useful...beds and pillows and sheets were like sleeping in a cloud!

It's not so centrally located, so you have to take a taxi to go to town. Also, the ad on theinternet said they havea free shuttle to the airport but they did not. We stayed with the Crown Plaza in Venice last year and they had a free shuttle.

Very nice Hotel, comfortable room, very good service with helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast didn't match the high standards of a 5 star hotel.

The location size of room, having two chairs, the breakfast, especially the variety of bread.

The room had some minor cleaning issues that were a bit a surprise, given prior experiences at this same hotel.

Food was amazing! Check in was smooth and so very friendly! Room was clean and overall location was perfect!

Quality of the room; presentation of hotel; and most of all........... awesome staff at the front desk. My little dog was able to stay with me.

I arrived earlier after 24 hour trip to get to Porto from California. The hotel staff let me get in my room which was comfy and made a big difference on my first impression of Porto. Loved the staff and the hotel.

Very clean, modern & comfortable!

Not very many dining and shopping opportunities in the near vicinity.

Went to dinner no chicken no steak and all dishes Luke warm whilst staff were responsive it was not as expected. Cooked breakfast was barely warm and service was poor.

Front house staff very helpful when car battery ran out....but excessive and unnecessary car parking charges,

The room was great. Food was great along with maids, bartenders, food waitresses.

One young lady at the desk was not very nice.

Other reviews made a point that the building shows it's age a bit however the staff truly make up for it and provide a true 5* experience. Further, the hotel intends to carry out refurbishments this year.

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, location was quiet. ..got a higher floor and so the view was clear.Staff at Reception were very helpful and welcoming.

Location is a bit away from most tourist sights.... so needed a taxi to get there, which were easily available and Uber is reasonable.
